In a farmhouse renovated in 2016, close to local shops (Le Gua) and large beaches (25mn St. George Didonne-Royan, Marennes, 30 minutes from the Palmyra, La Tremblade, and 40 minutes from La Rochelle), you will have according to the availability of a cottage (FREMIGERE) with 6 bedrooms (12-15 pers).
In direct access to the garden for meals, you will have a relaxation part on the courtyard with wood terrace and swimming pool (10x5m, secured by a mobile terrace, from April to October) common to the cottages. Wifi orange.

The kitchen is equipped (25m2, LV, LL dryer, coffee maker and espresso, etc.), Living room (50m2, flat screen TV, sofa etc), 6 bedrooms with 2 bathroom and 2 toilets.

Nous avons séjourné un peu moins d'une semaine dans le gîte. Nous étions 4 familles avec enfants. Le gîte était assez grand pour accueillir tout ce petit monde, avec 6 chambres et une grande pièce de vie (salon, salle à manger). Il faut savoir que la piscine est mise à disposition de l'ensemble des gîtes du domaine elle n'est donc pas réservée. Le propriétaire habite à côté.

Location conforme aux photos et à la description, bien équipée pour recevoir un groupe de plusieurs familles avec des enfants où chacun peut avoir son espace de liberté : les chambres sont spacieuses, le séjour est suffisamment grand pour recevoir une belle tablée avec un coin salon, la cuisine toute neuve est très pratique. Très bien situé pour visiter les Charentes-Maritimes, nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Le gite est confortable, idéal pour des rassemblements de grandes familles avec enfants, avec un jardin privatif et une piscine partagée avec d'autres gites . L'accueil est très sympa. De nombreuses visites et activités sont possibles à moins d'une heure de voiture. Par contre le gite n'est pas indiqué et sans GPS, l'accès n'est pas facile la première fois.
