Great location in La Rochelle. Great house with plenty of space. Note: the house is on 4 levels so a lot of stairs to climb especially if you are using the top level bedroom. Well equipped kitchen with loads of crockery. Parking in the area is a very difficult. We used the Aquarium car park where you can buy permits from the machine (cheaper than paying every time you park). There were a couple of issues with the property: the window in the top floor bedroom couldn’t be opened and the fan supplied was a bit weak (the window in the bathroom could be opened). Vacuuming was not done well and there was a lot of dust under one bed. Otherwise, very happy with the property and the hosts. Good communication.

Séjour très sympathique

Nous avons un excellent séjour dans cette confortable et jolie maison atypique. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir les différentes facettes de la vile de La Rochelle. La maison est chaleureuse et accueillante. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

Visita La Rochelle

Hemos estado muy a gusto, pero nos ha extrañado mucho que en una de las habitaciones hay una bañera que solo se puede utilizar como bañera, porque el cable de la ducha es cortísimo, con lo fácil que es poner una cortina o mampara y una ducha de longitud normal. Por otra parte, nunca nos habia pasado que hubiera tantos cartelitos de como teníamos que limpiar todo, barrer, pasar fregona, dejar todo tal cual estaba etc... Marlene, que es la persona que nos atendió, estupenda.

Bonjour , nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez passé un bon séjour chez nous et que la maison vous a plu. Un seul côté négatif les salles d'eau . Il est rare d'avoir dans une location 2 salles de bains , une avec douche et l'autre avec baignoire . Le tuyau de la baignoire est fait pour le bain et pour éviter les projections dans toute la pièce...même un rideau ne pourrait les éviter. La douche peut se faire dans l'autre salle de bain. Les affiches sont uniquement là pour aider le rangement et l'utilisation du matériel . ... ainsi que l'arrivée des locataires suivants dans les meilleures conditions. Bonne journée à vous.

Prima locatie, als je van drukte houd.

Een leuk huis en de locatie in het centrum is goed, maar het nadeel is dat het een uitgaansgebied is waardoor er in de nacht ook veel herrie is, met een drukke doorgaande weg ervoor. Het huis en de voorzieningen waren echter niet goed schoongemaakt en de beledigende beschuldigingen achteraf van de eigenaren naar ons toe waren daarom zeer onterecht. Dit was zeer teleurstellend omdat wij erg veel stof en vuil hebben moeten weghalen om het huis leefbaar te maken. Niet aan te bevelen voor mensen met een stof allergie.

Ces locataires nous avaient dit qu'ils feraient le ménage alors que la location était impeccable et qu'ils l'ont reconnu en arrivant. Etant partis avant l'heure prévue du rendez vous de sortie, nous leur avons juste dit que le ménage n'avait pas été fait et ç'est là qu'ils nous ont dit que tout était sale à leur arrivée ..Bizarre

Super séjour et belle maison

Une maison atypique très agréable. L accueil à été très chaleureux. La maison est superbement bien placée. On peut tout faire à pied, marché , aquarium, grande roue, vieilles tours, centre vile, etc... La maison est très bien équipée tout est bien pensé et pratique Merci pour ce sejour

L'appartement correpond au descriptif , propre et joliment décoré . Son emplacement est un grand avantage : en plein centre ville et proche de la gare Céline est très accueillante et nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille

Fabulous La Rochelle

This is a fabulous property in the vibrant Saint Nicholas quarter literally seconds walk from the waters of the harbour and the bustling sea front. A perfect base. The house is well equipped and has a wonderful quirky character to it. It was a pleasure to come home to it for two weeks! I’d definitely recommend the property and would definitely stay here again!

Encore merci pour votre appréciation, et les contacts cordiaux. Pour le stationnement à la Rochelle, et le fait que la maison soit en plein centre sur le port, il faut utiliser le parking du vieux port à proximité immédiate en prenant un forfait à la semaine. Autrement les places gratuites ne sont pas très éloignées (10 minutes à pied) Vous pouvez toujours rester quelques minutes devant la maison pour le déchargement des bagages.

Excellent Property Perfect Location

This property is stylish and beautifully decorated and feels like a real home. It has everything you could need. The location on the Quay is perfect. It is possible to walk everywhere and you are only moments from the old harbour and the famous towers. Booking, arrival and departure all went very smoothly. We had a wonderful time staying here.
