Newly constructed in 2017, the home offers hardwood floors throughout the downstairs, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and televisions. The sizable kitchen offers bar stool seating, and opens into a breakfast area and keeping room. This open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, or for a cocktail after a long day on the course. The living room is appointed with a 50' flat. Outside a private patio area offers outdoor seating, 2 grilling options (Gas Grill or Smoker). For those who might not be interested in golfing, the neighborhood offers access to walking trails and a community pool.5 minutes from I-20 and Wal-Mart.

Perfect for our Masters trip!
We enjoyed our stay for The Masters in this lovely home! It was clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner was very thoughtful, leaving a couple of unexpected treats, and was very responsive when we had questions. The only thing we would note is that the house was listed as 4BR/4BA – sleeps 8. There are 3BR, each with queen/full beds. Would stay here again! :)
