Snowbrook Village condo association has a private poolhouse for use by owners and renters, with winter access to heated indoor pool, 3 hot tubs and large sauna, plus changing rooms with lockers and showers (BYO pool towels and shampoo!). I
Ice skating on the Snowbrook pond or sledding on the hill are other fun apres ski activities. The Sugarloaf Outdoor Center nordic ski and snowshoe trails are also within easy walking distance.
The condo has 3 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds (and Roku TVs) in each of the master and guest bedrooms on the main floor and two sets of bunk beds upstairs (sleeps 8 total). Master bedroom includes private full bathroom, and guestroom and bunkroom on the 2nd floor share a full bathroom.
The upstairs bunkroom is ideal for use by kids, with books, games, Lego sets, puzzles, cars and tracks, wooden toys, stuffed animals, and Bose radio offering hours of entertainment. The view of the mountain through the skylight excites kids on the top bunk!
Open concept, cozy living room with wood fireplace and eat-in kitchen make this a great choice for a family or small group. The living area includes L.L.Bean leather couch and oversized chair and ottoman facing the wood fireplace, with plenty of throw blankets to get cozy or enjoy lively game nights and family fun. Plenty of puzzles and board games are on hand as well as Jenga, books, and magazines, plus a Sonos speaker to which you can connect to play your own music.
If you're not into cooking or need a night off, you can take the free shuttle up to the village to get dinner at the Bag & Kettle, 45 North, Brickyard Hollow, or D'Ellies (now offering delivery for $10 to the condo door!). Or, head down the access road to The Rack or into the valley to Tufulio's or Hugs. Drive a little farther north on 16/27 to the Coplin Dinner House for a special evening out (and the bar offers a pub style menu if you want to keep it casual).
