Spacious 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bath townhome located in the scenic Meadow area of Mammoth Lakes at the Snowflower complex. Sleeps up to 8 guests and is approximately 1,300 sq. ft.

The first floor includes the primary bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom, along with the second bedroom featuring a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a second full bathroom.

The second floor features an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and the third full bathroom. The living room offers a Smart TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), sofa and loveseat (not a foldout), and access to a private deck. The dining area seats 8 comfortably.

The loft, open to the living room below by a half wall, provides four twin beds, a full-size bed, and a flat-screen TV, making it a perfect sleeping space for families or larger groups.

Guests enjoy access to Snowflower’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, a seasonal heated pool, and tennis courts. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included. Please note: buses, motorhomes, trailers, and towed vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Please note this unit is non-smoking and does not allow pets, though the owners may bring their pet when they stay.
