A few things to note. If you book a stay for longer than 2 weeks an extra cleaning fee will be added after booking for $250. Properties in Mammoth do not have A/C. It rarely gets too hot here. Opening up windows cools it right down. BBQ's are only available in the summer time.

4.5 stars. This unit is generally in average to good shape and about what you would expect for its age (built 1986 but partially remodeled). Definately some areas of wear but comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Metal chairs for bar and dining room table are cold and uncomfortable.

This condo is in the perfect area of Mammoth. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was just what we needed for the amount of family members we had. There was a minor issue when we first arrived but was quickly addressed by the property manager.

Great location, very clean, lots of space!

Such a beautiful home with more than enough space for our group of 9 (room to spare). The beds are all very comfortable too, which is hard to find with vacation rentals. The living room was spacious and provided comfortable evenings after a day of skiing. Upon arrival the place was absolutely spotless. Very happy with this stay and highly recommended!

Overall an awesome place but sleeping area is cold. Not sure if central heat was working but upstairs were warmer due to fireplace. Very clean. But overall a good experience.

Check-in was pretty easy. Kitchen facilities adequately furnished, but I noticed it needs a can opener. You should bring your own dish towels as they supply only two. Also bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets. (I'm not sure these were described in the description.) Overall, we had a great stay! We love the Snow Creek area and it's our first choice whenever we are in Mammoth.

Great location and comfortable property. Bathrooms are rather small but functional. Beds were comrfortable. TV a bit complicated but younger more tech savvy kids figured it out. Overall good value Did not include Snowcreek Athletic Club access though.

Great Place to Stay

The property is great. Has all the amenities needed away from home. Kitchen is well stocked. I suggest that they run their maintenance guy through the whole place to fix the small items there. The screen doors as well as closet doors are very sluggish. The toilet in the second bathroom needs to be tightened. The TV remote needs new batteries. Other than that, the place is great to stay, I would try it out in the winter time as well.

Great spot!

This spot was great! 3 bedrooms and a loft was the perfect amount of space for our group of friends. Ample beds and loungey blankets made are stay comfy and cozy. Kitchen was STOCKED with anything and everything we needed to cook our dinners in. Heater, appliances, and everything worked well. Parking spaces for only 2 cars is tricky for the number of guests this place can house. But there are other parking options around town. FYI for future guests: shampoo/conditioner and body soap were not provided. However, hand soap for bathrooms and kitchen were. Overall, happy with the experience!

Nice cabin in Mammoth

Nice cabin with fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV for easy streaming. Easy check in but don't ask for early or late as they can't accommodate. The only issue is the coffee pot never worked.
