April availability! This is Beautiful 1 Bedroom 1 Bath condo is an easy walk across to the beach. 4 Adults Maximum or 2 adults and 4 children are acceptable.

The unit has a balcony with two chairs, living area that has a sofa sleeper, kitchen with updated appliances & bunk beds in the hallway.

The Gulfview complex has a few grills on property, two pools and a hot tub . The private gated beach access is right across the street from the complex.

There are several restaurants located just a short walk or bike ride from the complex, and Silver Sands outlet mall is just 5 miles down the road.

There will be an additional 5% fee to cover county fees.

Comfortable and Homey

Condo was clean top to bottom - that is a big deal for us and it was spotless. My wife was impressed. The location is great. A short walk to the beach. everything was convenient to get to. the pools were clean every morning and the grills on site came in handy we used them a lot. i wish we would have stayed longer. looking forward to next year. booking the same room. Priscilla and Mike were great to work with, always very responsive

It was ok

We loved the location of this property, however there were a few issues. We didn’t know our room number until we got there and texted the owner, there was no hairdryer, we didn’t find the beach chairs until our last night there (they were tucked under a bed), the beach gate access code was wrong on the info sheet, and there is a DVD player but no video/aux cords to hook it up to the tv. The owner was very quick to get back to us when we texted though. Would stay in this complex again but maybe not this unit.

This condo was great. You will not have a view of the ocean. And the breed were s little stiff. But it was clean, beautiful, exactly what we needed. We will be back!

Simple and convenient

Property was nice and cozy. Pool was fantastic on the cooler days. We had an amazing week. If I stayed here again, I would need to have a view of the Ocean. That was the only thing I missed, however I went knowing that we didn't have Ocean View.

Great for a weekend getaway

The property is in great proximity to the beach. We kept noticing how much space we had on the beac as opposed to some of the much larger complexes. We would stay here again.

It was good but not great

The toilet paper holder on the wall kept falling off, we couldn't get the air regulated. Their was a bug crawling all over, and a hair in the bed when he pulled the covers back to go to bed. The sheets were all wrinkled like someone had slept in them and not changed.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved to go to Destin for vacation. I wanted my family to share in the experiences of Destin. In 2009, we decided on this property because the grounds upkeep and how easy it is to the beach. We also loved the bunk beds of the condo which allows us to sleep 6 in all.

What makes this property unique

We love the grounds and how we have a private gate entrance to the beach. We also love we can grill during the day then go out to eat at a nice restaurant in the evenings. The restaurants and shopping are so close to the property and walking distance, too!
