We enjoyed the spacious home, loaded with all the amenities needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dish ware and utensils. Plenty of linens too. The host periodically checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Owner was very easy to get a hold of. House was spacious and very nice—well furnished. Pool was great, and the pleasant outside seating area made it just an all around nice relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely rent again.

Great home in fabulous neighborhood

We had the pleasure of staying for 3 months in this lovely home. It’s newly remodeled, the best supplied kitchen we have ever stayed in, beds comfortable and the heated pool is large and was used daily by us! Carter was a fabulous host, extremely responsive if we had any questions or minor issues . We would highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again. Thanks, Carter, for a wonderful winter in beautiful Punta Gorda!

Beautiful home in a great location

We were very fortunate to have found and booked this home for a month! The house is in a beautiful part of Punta Gorda and it’s very easy to get around. The house is very comfortable and attention to detail was evident. The kitchen had all you could need for cooking great meals with nice cookware and dishes too. We really liked that non glass dishes were also provided so we could eat or have a drink by the pool. The pool area was wonderful with nice lounge chairs and plenty of beach towels too. Carter was a pleasure to work with. We were disappointed to find that we were not able to book again for next year! A lucky person beat us to it. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

This home is very spacious and well appointed/decorated and has just about everything you would ever need to experience Punta Gorda they way an owner would. Speaking of the owner, Carter was the best, most accommodating owner we have ever rented from. He was always a text away and was on top of everything for the 2 months we were there over the holidays.

Beautiful Area

The area is beautiful, well maintained, quiet and safe. The home is clean and very well decorated. Working with Carter was easy. Very kind person. There is a downtown area about 3 miles away. Beaches are about an hour drive. During peak season you want to head to Fort Myers Beach early in the morning to avoid sitting in traffic for an hour. The canal is nice. If you have a boat, keep in mind it is at least an hour to get to the gulf and if you fish, consider another two hours to a reef. We prefer to have restaurants and bars within walking distance with a large variety, unfortunately, this area doesn’t have that. But if you like quiet, relaxing and to get out of the cold states then this place is perfect. The pool was very nice and heated. Felt great after a long day in the sun on the boat. Again, very nice place and felt very safe with friendly neighbors.

Fantastic restful stay

We stayed had an incredible month at this house. It was just what we needed. We had a restful stay in a very layer back neighborhood. It’s close to Fisherman’s Village. The pool was perfect and was enjoyed by the entire family. The house is gorgeous and modern with a big well organized kitchen. Thanks for the restful stay.

Fantastic FL Home!

This is by far the nicest FL property we've rented. The house is impeccably renovated--stylish and comfortable. The location is ideal, both quiet and within easy reach of all Punta Gorda has to offer. It was fun fishing in the canal while being only minutes from piers and beaches for bigger fish. The heated pool was a hit with the grandsons! The house is well supplied with cookware/bakeware and thoughtfully stocked with basics to get started. Carter was great to work with and understanding when we had an arrival snafu. He could not have been more gracious. We hope to stay in this wonderful FL home again!
