About this property

Beautiful, furnished, air-conditioned apartment in a great location near the beach, shops, the harbor, and a bike path

At Saint Martin de Ré, apartment type 2 (2 pieces) of 38 m2, for 1, 2 or 3 people, very neat contemporary design, situated in a very quiet area. It consists of a separate bedroom (with 1 bed for 2 people) and a living room with a kitchenette, a dining and living area (with sofa for 2 persons). The living room has a mezzanine on which there is a pull-out bed (there is a bed with, in addition, a drawer bed bringing the number of beds 2 on the mezzanine). The bathroom and toilet are separated.
Important! The bedroom is not on the mezzanine, but on the same level as the living room.

unlimited WIFI. TV TNT. Cot for BB and high chair for BB. Bicycle Rack in closed courtyard. Free parking on site.

Rental is weekly from Saturday to Saturday. It is of course possible to stay in the accommodation less than 7 days but, in this case, the entire week will have to be paid.

Amount of security deposit (deposit): 500 €

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. It is however possible to rent bed linen (12 € / per bed) and towels (8 € / per person).

Studio très bien situé au calme

Studio propre, bien situé à 5 mins à pied de la plage dans la plus belle ville de l'île à notre goût. Quartier calme, parking gratuit à proximité de l'appartement. Pas de lave-linge mais lavomatique à 3 mins en voiture.
