La maison correspond tout à fait à la description de l‘annonce. Elle est bien équipé de tout bien entretenue et propre. L‘hôte de la maison est aux petits soins et disponible quand il faut. La situation locale de la maison n‘est ni loin des commerces importants, ni des activités touristiques à faire. On a bien su nous ressourcer. Merci

Nice place, great host -

James was a great host. Communications was easy and fast, instructive and productive. Good tips on where to go, what to see and not least - restaurants. Nice house with all neccessary amenities, well equipped kitchen, nice, large pool. Nice location as well (you do need a car though). AC in sleeping rooms. The other reviews seems to be fair. Great stay.

Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison idéalement située. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire et offre des chambres spacieuses. La piscine est très grande, profonde et très chaude. Les enfants ont vraiment apprécié. Nous avons passé de nombreuses soirées et journées sur la terrasse confortablement installés. Les propriétaires nous ont chaleureusement accueillis et sont restés disponibles durant tout le séjour si besoin. De plus la maison est située à quelques kilomètres de tous les commerces et à 15 mns de l’aéroport de Nice. Le village de La Colle sur Loup est charmant et de nombreuses ballades en forêt et le long de la rivière Loup sont facilement accessibles. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et nous y reviendrons certainement bientôt.

It was very hot due to the heat-wave. We bhought two fan to survive during nights. However the house was very good equipped, nice pool, good location, the landlord was very helpful. We would definitely choose this house again.
