Villa Sa Rota offers an authentic Ibizan escape with all the comfort and style of a modern retreat. Set on the site of a traditional finca, this beautifully restored villa preserves its rustic soul—featuring original stonework, wooden-beamed ceilings, and thick whitewashed walls that keep interiors naturally cool and serene.



The villa includes 4 charming bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins), two bathrooms, an outdoor shower by the pool, and a separate toilet—ideal for familiesgroups. The upstairs bedrooms open onto a panoramic terrace with stunning countryside views. Inside, a sunken lounge with a wraparound sofa and open fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Natural light floods the space through a central light well, while cool stone floors and calming tones enhance the peaceful vibe.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large private pool surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, a shaded dining area, a BBQ zone, and a relaxing hammock lounge. Sun loungers offer the perfect spot to soak up the Ibizan sun. The villa is both private and peaceful—great for relaxationentertaining.



Located in the island’s center, just 7 km from both Santa Eulalia and Ibiza Town, Sa Rota offers quick access to beaches, clubs (Pacha, Amnesia), and top restaurants like Bambuddha Grove and Casa Colonial. The island’s only golf course, Roca Llisa, is just a short drive away. Bus stops are nearby, but a car is highly recommended.

The best hosts ever!

The hosts could not do enough to make our stay as restful as possible. Any issues were resolved within a day and we felt valued as guests. The vIlla was true to its description and offered a secluded and quiet refuge but with easy access to restaurants and Ibiza town. A lovely pool and outdoor area provided a great setting for family time and evening dining. I would highly recommend!

Lovely Villa

We really enjoyed staying here, it’s 30min from the airport & Javier met us on our way there to show us the turning off the main road & around the house. The bedrooms are very comfortable & we loved the pool & the hammocks. The view from the pool is fantastic. We used the house as a base to go all over the island to different beaches & lots of beach restaurants! Car is essential, but nowhere was very far away. Thanks to Javier for his warm welcome & great communication.

Perfect for all ages!

Villa Sa Rota was a perfect location for the week, with easy access to explore all parts of the island. The boys rented bikes and cycled all around the north of the island and we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the poolside with its country views. The teenagers were close enough to the clubs for a couple of nights of partying with taxis readily available to transport them there and back. Would thoroughly recommend and a big thanks to Javier who met us at the villa in the middle of the night after a delayed flight and long rental car queues!

Ein tolles Haus an super, ruhiger Location. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, das Haus war sehr sauber, hübsch& optimal eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Aussenbereich haben wir sehr sehr genossen, schöner Pool& viel Platz. Javier war supernett& flexible mit checkin& out. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und ist immer hilfsbereit gewesen. Das Haus wird einmal in der Woche komplett gereinigt auch bei 14 tätigen Aufenthalt. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Beautiful villa!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Ibiza I highly recommend this place. I came here with my wife and family and had everything we needed, Javier met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the villa and advice on local supermarkets and even the best tasting rose wine for just 1.50 euros! It is immaculate and has everything you need to cook in the kitchen and also a great outdoor BBQ. The views are absolutly stunning and it is so quiet and peaceful. We hired a car for the week so we could travel around the island but you can also walk to the main road and get a taxi from the small bar. It is around 10 minutes drive from Ibiza Town where there are lots of bars, restaurants and a marina with super yachts! Checkout was really easy and Javier even delivered us some delicious pastries for our journey home. Looking forward to booking again for next year!

Beautiful finca with great host

The finca was perfect for us (a group of friends). Great atmosphere, lovely pool and sunbeds and the table outside was big enough to fit us all. The bedrooms were spacious, AC worked everywhere and the shower in both bathrooms provided warm water. The kitchen is a bit outdated but the equipment worked well, only a small problem with the dishwasher which is probably solved by now. Javier has been a helpful host. Would def recommend this finca!

De moeite waard!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis is heel fijn met genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. De keuken is ook ruim voorzien. Omdat het wel iets achteraf ligt is het wel handig als je een auto hebt gehuurd zodat je overal naar toe kunt. Zeker een aanrader!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist authentisch, gepflegt und liegt in einer Ruhelage. Flughafen ist in 10 min erreichbar. Leider war nebenan gerade eine Baustelle die uns manchmal belästigt hat. In der Vorsaison ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Würde es wieder buchen!

Very nice and complete place to stay at Ibiza

This house is very complete, you have everything you need available and more. Finding the place was sometimes an adventure, especially when it was really dark, so a bigger marker where to enter by car would be a plus. But also without the marker, we had a real relaxing time. We loved the swimming pool and the beds around it. A very complete kitchen and even a washing machine we used during our stay. More then enough towels. The BBQ outside was also very pleasant and we used it two times during our stay. The toilet near the pool is so handy! And we loved the fresh lemons growing at the trees. The view is as in the pictures in this add. With 8 adults you can stay very comfortable. There is even an extra bed you can fold out for 9 people. Jose an Angel were such a lovely people and we loved their stories about the history of the property and the surrounded area. Everything was a 30 minute drive from this house. So it is as central as you can get at Ibiza.

Wir haben Anfang Oktober 14 Tage in Sa Rota verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, nichts fehlt ! Die Der Vermieter Angel ist sehr, sehr gastfreundlich. Nach einer Woche wurde das Haus komplett gereinigt. In Sa Rota kann man sich entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super rustige locatie en een heerlijk ruim, perfect ingericht huis, geweldige buitenruimte

Wij zijn met 5 personen, waarvan 3 kinderen tussen 6 en 10 jaar in dit heerlijke huis geweest in de herfstvakantie. Het was heel groot, perfect ingericht, uitgebreide keuken met alle inbouwapparatuur (zelfs een wasmachine) en ook aan inventaris ontbrak er niets. Ruimte zat voor 8 volwassenen, 3 grote slaapkamers en 1 iets kleinere, maar allemaal prima voor 2 personen, 2 grote badkamers, heerlijke buitenruimte met o.a. overkapt gedeelte, buiten koelkastje, bbq etc. Fantastisch zwembad met buitendouche, nog een derde buitentoilet, heerlijk overkapt gedeelte met 2 hangmatjes. Super rustige locatie met sinaasappelboompjes. Binnen 10 (auto)minuten sta je op het prachte strand van La Llonga en binnen 15 minuten midden in Ibiza stad. Kortom geweldig!

Great villa!

6 of stayed in September and we had a great time. The villa had everything we needed and i would recommend it. Pros: lovely pool, great views, good outdoor dining area with fridge, nice hammocks, good aircon, overall well maintained living areas and bedrooms Cons: taxi drivers sometimes found it tricky to find us, but was never a big problem

Tres belle résidence et accueil plus que chaleureux

Une très belle maison idéalement placée pour rester au calme et accéder à l ensemble de l île. La maison est tres bien équipée (cuisine, vaisselle, linge de maison etc...), la piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue. Le proprietaire et le gestionnaire sont très aimables, disponibles et compréhensifs. Merci pour ce séjour !

Merveilleux séjour dans cette villa pendant 3 semaines ! La. Vue est superbe et le silence est roi.

Maison parfaitement équipée et ne manque de rien et le propriétaire est adorable. Toujours prêt à nous aider ou à améliorer notre séjour. On a aimé le coin piscine avec les hamacs, les toilettes, la douche , et les matelas confortables. Pas de voisins et une vue à couper le souffle sur la montagne.

Wonderfull place to stay!

Beautiful large house on a peaceful location. We went in may and were really Lucky with the weather. Lovely pool. with 8 beds/pillows. 2 hammocks. We had breakfast every morning outside at the big table 2 showers, 3 toilets (1 outside next to pool, very useful) Good communication with the friendly hosts. (quick responses via whats'app) Everything we needed was available in the house. (towels, sheets, toiletpaper, herbs, cleaning product for dishes, dolce gusto, barbecue, hairdryer, enough glasses and plates and everything...) We were with 7 girls. I do recommand hiring a (two) cars. Because the public transport in Ibiza isn't great. We did everything by car. We absolutely loved the place/vacation/ibiza!

we had a very good stay in this Villa. The communication with Jamie was without Problems, and he was very helpful to feel us comfortable. Everything was very clean and nice. Very quite neighborhood and not far away to all nice places on the Island. Thank you very much. We are very happy to come back at any time and can only recommend this property.
