We welcome you to stay in this casual, comfy, relaxing, sunny, and
professionally managed home in the tropical paradise that is SWFL!
The air-conditioned interior provides a pleasant getaway from those
ultra warm days in the Florida sun. (Don’t forget a hat and sunscreen).
Our goal with this property is to make it a “home away from home”,
and after perusing our many five-star reviews, we’ve accomplished
that.
This home will create the feeling of a vacation “for the ages”, and is
enjoyable and safe for children of all ages, parents, grandparents, etc.
We sincerely appreciate our first-time guests, and all those that have
chosen to stay in our home multiple times.
The foyer opens into a 1050 sq. ft. beautiful open concept “Great
Room” including a fully stocked kitchen, reading nook, and easy access
to the lanai and pool. The floor plan allows easy “oversight” from the
kitchen of all that’s happening around you.
The large living area is furnished with 2 comfortable full-size couches, 2
large power lift / reclining / swivel easy chairs, large screen TV, and side
tables.
This exceptionally clean, quiet, updated, very well-appointed, and
beautiful home in a safe, pleasant, and quiet neighborhood provides
everything needed to ensure your comfort, and a daily walk in this
neighborhood is very relaxing.
Compare this 1530 square foot home with others in the area, or with
any of the many hotels that offer a 325 square foot room (on average
per SIRI, with unreasonable prices, lack of privacy, and questionable
cleanliness) to understand the value we’ve offered our guests since
January of 2019.

The expansive lanai, with a large ceiling fan, offers immediate shade
and comfort if the Florida sun becomes too challenging. The sizable
pool, immediately off the lanai, uses a comfortably heated saltwater
system, offering a refreshing swim without the distasteful chlorine after
effect.
An evening dip into the lighted pool is a welcome way to relax and
unwind at days end, which may include an adult beverage (BYOB).
SWFL offers more than 20 golf courses, diversified fishing
opportunities, a wide variety of shopping, and many other activities,
and is centrally located among several outstanding Florida beaches; or
you may just want a “get out of the cold and hang out at the pool”
vacay.
The large master bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, large
screen TV, ceiling fan, dresser with 5 drawers, an awe-inspiring and
dreamy ensuite with large, enclosed shower, double slipper soaker tub
inside the shower enclosure to shower and bathe in comfort, double
sinks, and 2 lighted “Hollywood” mirrors (they’ll make you look like a
movie star)!
The home offers 2 guest bedrooms each with comfortable queen beds,
large flat screen tv’s, and closets. One guest room offers direct sliding
door access to the lanai and pool.
The guest bathroom has a full shower, double sinks, and also 2
individually lighted mirrors. Both showers have pebble floors to
reinvigorate tired feet and “refresh the soul”.
A couch with a lounger on the lanai, and sunbathing loungers on the
pool deck, within the pool cage, allow for complete comfort and gently
swoons you into a state of relaxed bliss.

There’s a fresh water outdoor shower provided by the pool for a quick
rinse prior to, and after a dip in the pool. Also provided is a child’s
security fence for the pool which affords child safety, and adult peace
of mind.
A table with seating for four or more on the lanai allows for outdoor
dining, entertainment, games, etc. A convenient “pass through”
window from the kitchen sink area to the lanai makes passing items in
or out of the kitchen to and from the lanai very easy. A BBQ grill is also
provided on the lanai inside the pool cage.
Morning coffee and breakfast at pool side provides a calming mental
refresh, and the morning sun basks you in complete confidence that “it
will be yet another superlative day in paradise”.
We take professional pride in providing a clean and comfortable
environment for your enjoyment. The professional, experienced, and
extremely efficient Property Manager, Don, assures families from
around the world that you should expect, and you will have, an
enjoyable and delightful stay.
The garage houses 4 bicycles, including 2 adult trikes, a convenient
beach buggy, various pool /beach toys, etc., and a clean environment to
park and protect your “wheels”.
