Amazing quiet and quaint

I booked Hollys cottage for a weekend getaway to see the Savannah Bananas game and was not disappointed. I kept this place a surprise from my girlfriend and she fell absolutely in love with it.

My husband, Ron, and I are living our dream in the beautiful, charming city of Savannah, GA. We moved here from NC in 2017 after purchasing this historic property and guest house, which had always been a dream of mine, and to create a short term vacation rental. After a year and a half of lots of tender love & care, sweat and tears, we created this charming and cozy home, full of antiques that I have collected for over 30 years. We are full time residents of Savannah and proud parents of two rescue terriers, Nigel & QBee, who love walks and picnics in Forsyth Park!

This property is so unique and charming!!! The Tattnall neighborhood is a quiet gem, wonderful and close to everything. Forsyth Park is 3 blocks away, perfect for picnics, Saturday morning farmer's market. A short walk to downtown, through many of Savannah's 22 beautiful squares.

This property offers the charm and history of a home built in 1867, but also the luxuries and modernization of the present! The brick courtyard with deck and pergola, provide a private outdoor retreat, perfect for morning coffee and a refreshing cocktail after a full day of exploring Savannah.....
