Located in heart of Bonnet Shores community in Narragansett, Rhode Island. This split-level beach house features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, an extra large deck & gas grill, central air, and a spacious yard perfect for large families or two families vacationing together. Enjoy all of amenities this quaint beach community including access to private Kelly Beach!

Open concept with 3 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom, futon and full bathroom downstairs. Open living areas on each floor make this an ideal rental for families with children or larger extended family members looking to vacation together.

The upstairs offers overstuffed modern furniture with plenty of seating for the family. The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, family room w/flat screen TV and sliding doors open to a large deck, gas grill and picnic table. Nestled on an oversized lot encircled by distinctive stone walls, this property offers an expansive yard that begs for lawn games, cook outs, and sunbathing!

Hardwood floors throughout, tastefully decorated, and well appointed, this home will not disappoint.

Amenities include: Washer/dryer, cable, Wifi, two flat screen TVs, outdoor furniture, gas BBQ grill, 7 beach chairs, wagon for beach transport, cooler, yard games (cornhole, ladder ball, jenga), additional beach gear (sand toys, boogie boards). 2 bicycles available. Feel free to ask us about anything! We look forward to making your stay worthwhile!

Onsite parking for up to 4 cars.

Please note there is no public parking at the Kelly beach, however, drop-offs are allowed. In addition, the house is a short 10-15 min walk to Kelly Beach entrance and the house is located on the route of the courtesy Bonnet Shores beach shuttle, running every 15 minutes. PARTIES, EVENTS and GATHERING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the property. Those who do not adhere to this rule will have their booking cancelled immediately without refund. Bonnet Shores is one of the best beach communities in Rhode Island, located on the north end of Narragansett. Walk, jog or bike the 5k loop through Bonnet taking in breathtaking views of the Ocean and Narragansett Bay. Visitors have access to Kelly Beach, a private beach which is a short walk from the home. Kelly beach is one of the finest private beaches in New England with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Narragansett coastline.

This is a very well run property. It is spacious and clean and thoughtfully furnished. The access to Kelly Beach is worth a significant premium and the owners have beach chairs and a bicycle that you can use to get to the beach.Highly recommend.

Native from New Jersey but my family recently relocated to Rhode Island in 2017. We've been spending our summers in Narragansett for over 10 years and fell in love with the area.

Why they chose this property

We have family living in the Bonnet Shores community so we're always in the neighborhood and after spending our summers in Bonnet for many years, we quickly learned that when it was time to buy a place of our own, it had to be in Bonnet. Friendly neighbors, beautiful houses, a private beach , a short drive to the Pier and quick access to Newport and Block Island.
