Ideally located house, 10 km from Pornichet and 20 km from La Baule.
2 minutes walk from La Courance beach.
10 minutes walk from the Saint Marc sur mer market (Thursday and Sunday), restaurants, local shops, and the beach of Mr Hulot.
Between sea and nature, the coastal path is magnificent!
Our house is 150m2, it has a large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom on the ground floor with shower room and separate WC.
On the 1st floor, three bedrooms, with a bathroom and shower, separate WC.

We were a family of 5 - the house was spacious, and extremely well equipped. Very close to the beach which was not crowded, space to play frisbee/volley ball. Low Tide/high Tide difference was not huge (when we were there!) Quick 10 min walk to town. Large supermarkets close by. Nice easy costal walk. Sun all week for us so great stay all around.

Maison bien placée et calme. Un peu vieillissante, quelques éléments à rénover mais très fonctionnelle. L’accès à la plage est très rapide et la plage est très agréable, familiale avec un chemin côtier très sympa à faire en famille

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour pour le week end de l'ascension. Maison fonctionnelle tres bien équipée au calme.Idealement situé a 100m de la plage ( baignade dangereuse pour jeune enfant) mais la plage de saint marc sur mer pmus calme est proche a environ à 10min a pied, comme les commerces de proximite.Nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer l'hote mais Rachel a su etre disponible pour nos sollicitations merci.Nous recommandons ce logement

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille, de l'arrière petite fille de 2 ans à l'arrière grand mère de 90 ans : tout le monde y a trouvé son compte : la plage à 2 pas, les expos intéressantes à Nantes et Saint Nazaire, les courses au marché de Saint Marc et aux halles de Pornichet, le sentier côtier, et la maison très confortable!

urlaub feeling

ein schönen Aufenthalt nah am Strand in dieses großzügiges Haus. ein paar Kleinigkeiten hätten im voraus geklärt werden müssen, besonders dass keine Bettwäsche da sein wird, und auch nicht angemietet werden kann. dies ist besonders wichtig für Gäste die mit dem Flugzeug anreisen. ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genoßen.

En famille

Maison tres agreable bien située ( la plage de la courance peut ne pas etre adaptée avec des jeunes enfants : tres grosses vagues).il y a bien des velos mais dans un etat moyen et sans pompe a velo. Il y a un gros barbecue weber mais tres usagé et moyen en propreté. Par contre paradie pour les enfants nombreux jeux. Le rangement n est pas la priorite mais on s y habitue. Bon contact avec la propriétaire

Bonjour Véronique, La plage est effectivement connue pour ses hautes vagues en cas de coefficient marée fort (spot skimboard en saison ) mais il y a une équipe de sauveteurs qui balise l'espace baignade et la surveille , en cas de danger le drapeau orange est levé et la baignade est interdite. La plage de Pornichet est à 10min en voiture et celle de Mr Hulot à 8 min à pied. Pour les vélos , la pompe était bien là, je l'ai mise plus en évidence. Pour le rangement, nous n'avons peut être pas les mêmes logiques d'organisation, parlez vous de la cuisine ou autres ...? Pour le barbecue weber, il n'est pas ancien et fonctionne très bien , cependant la grille avait été encrassée, elle a été changée. Merci pour votre enthousiasme

Maison agréable !

Maison idéale pour plusieurs familles. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. La plage est à deux pas ! Et il ne faut longtemps en voiture pour se rendre à Guérande, La Baule....

Maison tout confort et bien située

Nous avons passé une très belle quinzaine familiale dans cette maison bien équipée et très bien située dans le village de St Marc sur Mer. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage et découvrir les environs. La maison est au calme, ce qui est plaisant pour les vacances. Nous avons eu le sentiment d'être à la maison avec tout le matériel (vélos, planches..) mis à notre disposition. Vraiment une bonne adresse! Merci!

Très belle maison près de la plage

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans une grande maison propre et fonctionnelle, à environ 150 m d'une plage orientée au sud et surveillée par des maîtres-nageurs. St-Marc-sur-Mer est idéalement situé entre St-Nazaire (centres commerciaux, cinémas, etc.) et le secteur de La Baule/Pornichet avec son immense plage. Très bon séjour à recommander.
