Nice but Small

The place was pretty nice and well equipped but the houses are like townhomes so not the best for a louder group.

Definitely recommend!

Beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. Good location - close enough to the pool that we could walk and just a short drive to the beach! Enjoyed the scenery & wildlife we saw outside. It would have been nice to have a grill on the back patio. The management staff was very friendly and helpful! The dryer might need to be looked at as it took an unusually long time to dry our clothes - otherwise, no issues at all. Would love to come back again sometime!

Glad you enjoyed your time at 217 Evian in Shipyard. Thank you for letting us know about the dryer and we will take a peek - we have maintenance techs that can look at these items while you're here. Will also connect with the homeowner about the grill. Hope to host you & your family again in the future :)

Heaven

We had an amazing time. Our place was perfect. Super clean, Newer appliances and larger in person than the pics show online. They had plenty of kitchen ware . Even enough to make Chicken parm and a 5 star breakfast. Rent some bikes and its about a 2 minute ride to the beach. It's such a wonderful ride. The bike paths are what made us come back. Evian is the place to be. We actually showed a couple we met at the beach our place. They were so jealous. They were staying at the Green's. And the said our place blew theirs away. We will booking again at Evian for next year. Book it in confidence. It was worth it.

Very nice house, great location

The house was clean and well-appointed. We had a minor issue with the air-conditioning that was quickly addressed and repaired. Great stay!

Perfect Weekend

My wife and I stayed here with her parents and our two kids (5 and 2) and had a fantastic time. The unit was clean and had everything we could possibly have needed. It's close to the beach, close to the supermarket, close to restaurants, close to pretty much anything you could want.

Clean/quiet/convenient

We had an overall awesome stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable - although lacking tp, there was only 1 roll - but this was an easy pick up at any near by store. We had a slight issue with our beach pass and realized later we had been given the incorrect pass at the front gate, but the beach itself was less crowded and more accessible than the other beach. Other than that everything was amazing. Highly recommend.
