Just steps away from the water, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ’s and clubhouse. French doors off living room, and bedroom offer unobstructed ocean views, and leads onto a semi private ocean front balcony where you can enjoy sunrises and reflections of the sunset like you have seldom seen! The living room, and bedroom both feature custom electric fireplaces and HD flat panel TV’s. Listen to the crashing waves and watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed and living room in this wonderful villa. Also your own 4-person golf cart to head into town is just steps away. H890

This is the most well appointed and decorated apartment. Hamilton cove is the best place to stay in Avalon and this is my new favorite apartment. Will definitely return.

Perfect island get away

We stayed at H890 for two nights during the Memorial Day weekend. The home is equipped with every thing we needed. The location was perfect. Close to town by golf cart but serene. We enjoyed the various amenities at the villa including swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Will stay here again.

Amazing Place to Stay!

This space was extremely well kept, clean, and hospitable. The layout and floor plan is really cool too. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Catalina. It is truly an advantage to stay in the community because you can break away from Avalon for some privacy but simply ride the golf cart into town at any point. Loved this vacation.

This property was just as stunning in person as it is in the pictures. Loved every minute of our stay in this condo. Quiet, stunning views, responsive vacation rental office, comfy bed, great working heaters for those chilly nights, well stocked kitchen and beautiful, comfortable décor. Such A Relaxing Respite from LA

Such a great property to relax, rewind and enjoy away from the hustle of LA! Excellent view and amenities make this vacation getaway a true gem. Nicely updated and well appointed adds to the enjoyment of the property. The balcony patio has a great view so one can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the boats go by. You will not be disappointed in a stay at this property.
