Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put gas in the cart. The gas station is located out at Pebbly beach. Thank you.
Please clean and turn off the propane tank on the BBQ. Thank you.
Please take out the trash before departure. The trash cans are located next to the golf cart parking. You can use any of the trash cans. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The check out is 10am. If guests would like to request a late noon check out it is $199 and also subject to availability and managers approval.
There are no open flames, glitter or confetti allowed. No parties , smoking or loud music.
You can’t hang any towels over the balcony per the HOA rules.

There is a lot of fun activities to do zip lining, snorkeling, scuba diving, Falconry experience, renting a cabana at Descanso Beach, shopping, restaurants, and more...... You also can just completely relax and enjoy special time with loved ones. Enjoy!!

The views are truly spectacular and there are many areas to relax and enjoy the breathtaking unobstructed panoramic ocean views!! The villa is highly upgraded/ spacious, yet cozy and comfortable. Enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the sound of the cashing waves below. We hope you will find this villa to be your home away from home. There are many areas on the balcony to unwind and relax. The large balcony is one of the largest in Hamilton Cove and the views are truly incredible!! The floor plan is wonderful, open and flows very nicely. There is a lot of natural light with many windows and ocean views from every room. You even get a peek a boo view of the world famous Casino which is very special. Enjoy!!
