Great spot, great location. Screened in porch is terrific, access to the lake is terrific with beautiful views and sunsets. Kitchen appliances could use some work-but not the reason we were there.

Perfect getaway!

Lovely cottage right on the shore of Lake Crystal clear warm water, sandy bottom, visits from the loons and bald eagles, couldn’t have asked for more. Miss it already.

Great Lake Front Getaway

Only stayed for a couple nights and didn’t use water as our friends live on the lake. We needed a pet friendly house and it didn’t disappoint. Very cute and quaint property and definitely would be back.

Comfortable, pet friendly cottage. Loved being waterfront with own water access. Brought our small fishing boat and tied up right infront of the house. Enjoyed playing with the dogs in the water and beautiful sunsets from the screen porch.

Great views, so happy for the screen porch and dog friendly atmosphere. Tons of games, compact but useful kitchen. AC to cool off on days when the lake breeze wasn’t enough was a huge bonus.

Great dog friendly house. Didn’t get to use beach much as we have friends who live on the lake as well and that’s where we spent most of our time. Would definitely be back for a longer stay to really use the property. Screen porch was awesome for coffee in the morning and the view was perfect.

Had a great stay. Location was amazing. Screened in porch was fantastic. The views onto the lake, and for sunset were terrific. We had some issues with the wifi network/password (were incorrect) but the property mgr sorted out. We also had issues with the refrigerator not working, but property manager was at least respnsive-was not working great through the trip but we managed.

Wonderful and Peaceful Stay!

Wonderful and peaceful 4-day vacation. The place was clean, tidy, filled with all needed amenities, easily accessible and lovely lakeview from almost every window. We couldn't have asked for more. Great time and would visit again!

Great location

I would love to rent again. The space was enough for the number of guests allowed. Enclosed porch, deck, grill, and fire pit by the water were used daily. Water level is great for kids and water toys like floats and paddle boards. If it’s windy the water might be a little choppy but nothing major. Great view of the sun setting over the mountains. I really enjoyed my stay.

Weekend getaway

We booked a weekend getaway and our stay was very pleasant. It was an older cottage and some updating is needed but it had a very cozy feel. The fire pit and listening to the choppy water was very relaxing. The highlight of the trip was the views. Omg was it so breathtaking. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful spot on Ossippee Lake of the mountains. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and perfect for three adults over a long weekend. The screened in porch was a favorite and had most everything you could think of - kitchen wise plus towels, linens were supplied. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. We brought our cockapoo with us and she loved it. It was very quiet and relaxing. Loved listening to the lapping of the water and eating our meals in the screened in porch. Property was just as advertised. Neighborhood was great to get a run in. Would visit again.

This place was great. A few additonal things would make it amazing. Could use a dock or better steps to the water and a washer/dryer would be nice.This property is perfectly sized for a family of 5, has everything a typical house/cottage would need, games, gas grill lots of seating indoor and out, every kitchen supply you would need, sheets AND tons of towels, etc. Bring your groceries, the closest convenience store is over priced and does not have much to offer. We didnt want to leave and will be back!

Perfect family getaway!

This little cottage made our family vacation effortless, from the fully stocked kitchen, bathroom towels (and beach towels), beach chairs & lots of games to play. The kitchen has a nice flat top stove, keurig, every item a fully stocked kitchen would need and a large island to assemble meals on. Outside theres a fantastic screen porch, regular porch and a nice sandy area for the kids to play. The water access is a bit difficult if you have small kids or adults unsteady on their feet but once you are down to the water its shallow for quite a ways out. We will definitely return as this was one of the best little cottages we have rented and you cant beat the sunsets at the end of the day!

This was the perfect little getaway for three ladies looking for a peaceful and relaxing trip. The cottage is very charming with a lovely screened in porch and cute little beach area. It is very quiet and serene with beautiful views of the lake. We read our books and swam during the day, then watched movies and snacked at night. Easy to find and not too far from groceries, etc. Would definitely return!

Comfortable lakeside cottage

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, tidy cottage on a perfect lake, this spot checks all of the boxes. This place has all the basics you need for making great food, playing table games, reading and relaxing outside, and talking by a campfire. An incredible home base for any exploration of the White Mountains. Next time, I would rent a kayak or two just to enjoy more of Lake Ossippe's splendor. This is the place for making memories.

Great week at the lake

House was spacious enough for 3 couples and 2 kids in the loft. Great location steps away from the water. Living room carpet could use a deep clean, but that is probably expected for a home that allows dogs. Our lab had the time of his life!

Property is not as advertised beach wise. There’s “beach” or sand near the deck but then a steep wooden ramp or steep wall of rocks to get down to the actual water. The photos make it look like the beach is on the water itself. Water and internet issues that were eventually fixed but slow to respond. I’d recommend bringing a mattress pad or egg crate- the beds are like rocks and the pull out is your typical thin springy mattress. Also recommend your own bedding if you like cozy- comforters and quilts all pretty old. We stayed on the Ossipee side last year, I’d likely go back to that side. Nicer beach and the rental was nicer.

The lake was beautiful. Very nice sitting on porch.Disappointed no dock and the mooring did not have a rope to connect to boat. Only place to put boat in is Marina on other side of Lake. Was supposed to stay for 2 weeks. Did not know there was not a washer and dryer.
