Large architect house with pool, in a quiet and wooded environment, in a private subdivision. Located 5 'walk from the port and shops, the villa allows you to fully enjoy the exceptional setting of Brusc and its islands (Embiez Island, Gaou Island, Natura 2000 lagoon).
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have their private bathroom. The living room opens onto a large sunny terrace extended by a beautiful pool (6 x 10 m). This family holiday home offers all the amenities: summer dining room and barbecue, large garden, ping pong, 3 adult bikes and 1 child. Baby equipment possible.

Amazing home in Le Brusc

This place is fantastic. Clean, spacious and conveniently located, you can walk to the beach, hikes, bakeries, cafes etc... The host is very responsive and accommodating. We hope to stay here again.

lovely stay

This property could handle our family - 5 adults, 2 babies and easily more. The pool area is adjacent to dining and relaxing which was perfect for us. Pauline (owner, not property manager) made sure that we had everything that we needed - especially for the babies.

A beautiful house where you can really enjoy your holiday!

The house is beautifully designed, both the house itself and its location. The facilities for staying here with a group are good. Everything you need is within walking distance. I would advise the owners to start renovating the large bathroom. This is somewhat dated and therefore less easy to clean. We didn't need to use the “garden shed”, which was handy as it was very damp and not really suitable for sleeping in. For us, with 5 people spread over 4 bedrooms, it was ideal. I would definitely go back here.

Fabulous property in lovely location. Some of the bedrooms were a little bit tired and the kitchen is rather small. The house was very well equipped with games, dvds, books etc and the pool and it’s terrace was ideal for our group.

poorly maintained villa

Location is good. But the house needs renovation. At the very least, it requires thorough cleaning and maintenance. Many equipment are broken. The kitchen utensils and pans are scratched and broken. The carpets are stained, and the floors are not generally cleaned for ages. Kitchen is not suitable for 10 people, even not functional for one family, so I doubt why the house is called architect‘s. It's totaly clear that the service is very poor. Upon arrival, we had to rewash all the dishes. We even found some pots left by someone else with remains of rotten food. We had to wash the outdoor furniture covers and sweep the yard. Additionally, the plumbing was clogged and needed cleaning. To be fair, the owners resolved this issue quickly, but only after we contacted them, as the concierge service simply ignored our messages. In general, the villa does not meet the price-quality ratio. For the price, one would expect at least mid-range accommodation, but instead, you get a budget-level. I want to highlight this for those considering renting. We managed our issues with the owner, but I'm not sure this is how it should work. And finally, after checking out, we received a message from the concierge, expressing frustration over a forgotten bundle of parsley in the fridge and some washed dishes left out to dry (they just needed to be put away). It's clear that the lazy cleaners hold others to higher standards than they do themselves.

Fantastischer Familienurlaub

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (Eltern, 5 Kinder zwischen 11 und 23 Jahren und Freund der ältesten Tochter) einen fantastischen Urlaub in Familie Lamberts wundervollen Ferienhaus genießen dürfen. Das Haus ist intelligent konzipiert: die Aufteilung der Zimmer, die Lage des Außenbereichs, wo man zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten vorfindet, der große Pool mit unterschiedlichen Tiefen, die Ausstattung der Küche, etc. Man sieht, dass das Haus mit Leben erfüllt ist und auch von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt wird. Die Eigentümerin, Pauline Augrain, war sehr zuvorkommend. Sie hat alle unsere Fragen immer sofort beantwortet und wenn nötig, sofort geholfen. Einverstanden, das Haus ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und ein paar Sachen müsste wieder renoviert werden. Dafür hat das Haus aber sehr viel Charm, die Lage ist optimal, das Urlaubsgebiet wunderschön. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Sommerferien in Haus mit Pool

Wir vebrachten 10 Tage im Juli als Familie mit 10 erwachsenen Personen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, die Anzahl Zimmer und Badezimmer ebenso. Die Betten waren ok und wir haben angezogene Betten inklusive Duschtücher angetroffen. Der Pool ist perfekt in Grösse und Wassertemperatur. Der Poolreiniger aber funktioniert nicht wirklich. Die Küche ist etwas klein für 10 Personen. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr aber viele unnötige,teils defekte Utensilien, dafür fehlten Bratpfanne und andere wichtige Dinge. Das Geschirr war bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig, so dass wir alles zuerst waschen mussten. Im ganzen Haus roch es ausgeprägt muffig und die Teppiche in den Zimmern waren richtig unangenehm schmutzig, Alle Bezüge der Kissen der Lounge im Aussenbereich mussten wir ebenso als erstes Waschen- zu schmutzig waren sie. Nach einem Tag durchlüften und putzen begannen wir uns wohl zu fühlen- und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Aber sicher stimmt Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Es gibt zu viele Baufälligkeiten und Unreinheiten. In Abstellkammern und im Waschraum herrscht Unordnung. Ansprechspersonen Pauline und Jérome waren entgegenkommend , wenn etwas nicht funktioniert hat. Die Waschmaschine war defekt und dann nach 2 Tagen ersetzt. Kurz: Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit indem wir das Beste aus der Situation machten. Wiederkommen würden wir nur dann, wenn das Haus renorviert, aufgeräumt und gereinigt würde. Renate mit Familie

Je suis déconcertée par ce commentaire. Les remarques qui concernent la propreté n'ont été signalées à aucun moment. Je les prends en considération cependant avec la plus grande rigueur. Le lave-linge a dû être remplacé par un équipement neuf en 2 jours, après que nous avons pu établir la panne suite à l'intervention en urgence de 2 techniciens le dimanche puis le lundi. Notre réactivité ne pouvait pas être plus forte. Cette mésaventure génère des désagréments réels et nous est logiquement préjudiciable. Ce sont malheureusement des choses qui arrivent dans un logement privé.

un bonne dizaine de jour au calme avec piscine et cigales, dommage que les plages ne soient pas top dans le secteur il à fallut aller vers Hyères pour trouver de belles plages. Mais la maison est très agréable et les extérieurs super fonctionnels

Das Objekt ist unter Gesamtbetrachtung sehr zu empfehlen. Insbesondere die kurzen Wege zum Hafen/Restaurants, die ruhige und schattige Lage sowie der große Pool sind sehr vorteilhaft. Die Unterkunft selbst ist in einem guten Zustand. Kleinere regionalbezogene Einschränkung waren die hohe Anzahl von Mücken, sowie das ausschließlich französische TV. Reisezeit war Juni.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in bester Umgebung

Ein typisch südfranzösisches, sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus mit einem schönen Pool in einem privaten und abgeschlossenen Wohngebiet. Es ist ausgesprochen ruhig und doch nur ein paar Schritte vom Hafen, Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Villa magnifique et idéale pour passer des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable, dans cette belle villa d'architecte, nichée dans son écrin de verdure, très bien équipée pour les petits comme pour les adultes, claire, avec de vastes espaces pour chacun, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Elle est parfaitement située dans un lotissement protégé, au calme, tout en étant à 5 minutes du port et des commerces et de leur animation. Nous avons été très bien reçus et la communication avec la propriétaire a été claire et très agréable. Nous reviendrons dès que possible ! Et nous recommandons très fortement ce séjour

Excellent séjour au Brusc : maison accueillante et fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, nous étions 2 familles (9 au total), chacun avait son espace. La piscine est grande, les commerces et le port sont à quelques pas. A conseiller sans réserve !
