The cottage was cozy and warm. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were vrry nice. Communication with Penny was outstanding. They checked on me in the middle of my stay. Wow!! Highly recommend this place.
A cute little cottage in the woods very close to the other 5 cottages. Private with respectful neighbors. Extremely close to Helen. Very convenient to Cleveland as well. Owners are present and available to renters. Really nice people. This place is dog-friendly and has that lovely rustic feel. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Booked last minute for a getaway with spouse and dogs. Was so happy to see the cabin was dog friendly. Pricing was just right and in a great location, out of town but close by. Had a blast!
The cabin was super cute and cozy with a great hot tub perfect for two adults. It was very peaceful and quiet and a perfect weekend getaway for a couple.
We had a great time during our time there. Convenient location, just a few minutes away from downtown Helen. The hot tub was definitely a highlight. I did wish that there was a bit more outdoor lighting around the cottages during the night. Overall, an excellent experience.
The property was clean, everything was as advertised. We had no problems and an enjoyable stay.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
I think there needs to be more transparency with the listing of this property. While the cabin was clean and tidy inside, I was surprised that the cabin was so small. It was also a surprise to find the cabin 20 feet from a road, which create a lot of sound issues at night. And then the hot tub being on the front porch was also a disappointment, as it offered little in terms of scenery and privacy. The front porch and the privacy curtains were also covered in cobwebs. The inside of the cabin was clean however, and the bed was comfy. No issues with the amenities. But for future guests, it would be nice to be a bit more up front with realistic photos and setting expectations.
This place was so cute! Very clean! Super helpful property managers! My family and I loved our stay here and we will come back again in the future! Thank you so very much!
We had the best time . Hot tub was amazing for my old bones after a long day of hiking. Grandkids absolutely loved the loft. Best of all we only needed to bring clothes, food and drinks. It was amazing to have everything we could have needed already there. Plus it was extremely clean.
Cute getaway with access to all Helen has to offer
Very clean with all the necessary amenities. Very convenient location. Also we needed this on short notice due to a death in the family and everyone was very accommodating.
******Only side note, the second bed is on a loft which has a vertical ladder. Could be an issues with kids or a medical condition.
More than met our expections.
Everything was wonderful for a weekend away with my husband. The only complaint that I have is the noise from traffic. We were in the cabin closest to the street. The traffic was very loud all through the night. Everything else about this property was amazing. Clean and cozy.
The interior of the cabin, though tiny, was cozy, clean, and quaintly decorated. The hot tub was nice. These are roadside cottages, that are spread out in sort of an arc across the parking lot, numbered 1-6. We randomly picked cottage 6 which was unfortunately the one closest to the road, and the traffic noise was not very relaxing, and decided to leave a day early. We felt the $238/night price was high for what we were getting, but maybe this was a temporary increase for the Oktoberfest crowd. I doubt I would stay there again, but possibly for those who are able to book at a lower price point and get a cottage farther from the road (for example, cottages 1-3), they might be better satisfied.
