The home was absolutely stunning. Easy and secure entry, large communal space, great furnishing and amenities, pool and hot tub both worked wonderfully. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Bathrooms were the same. The area was very nice and centrally located. Very quiet neighborhood. Hosts were phenomenal and very communicative. I need it to be 68 degrees or less when i sleep and the host graciously lowered the ac limit for us even in Scottsdale heat so that we could sleep comfortably. Late checkout is available for small fee which is great. Laundry on site. The shower in the main bathroom would be my ONLY minor opportunity for improvement. The shower head itself does not stay in place and hangs at an odd angle, making showering more difficult than necessary. Strongly recommend that be fixed. We brought our dogs and they also had a blast! Very very pet friendly place with extra leashes, dog bowls, etc. there’s even a little counter where they stock little grocery snack items and guests can leave items for the next guest which is pretty cool and unique. Great local coffee shop around the corner as well! The house is an older mid century home so it has its quirks; the front door can have trouble staying closed unless it’s locked; the hosts are very adamant about keeping doors closed which I greatly appreciate. All in all we would be thrilled to stay here again and would recommend it over and over.

Great communication with the host. The beds are comfortable and the hot tub was lovely. Since the pool is not heated we treated it as a cold plunge during our stay.

Great home that was perfect for our family of 5. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Close to Old Town Scottsdale and central to many activities in the area. The home was cozy and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and since it was winter a few of us took a cold plunge in the pool. Everything was clean and would stay here again.

I feel bad writing this and am sorry to be so critical, but want to be honest about our experience. The listing photos look good, reality is far from them. This house was not well kept, not maintained, and overall unclean. The host was really nice and super responsive, BUT the condition of the home was terrible. Starting off, the kitchen needs a deep clean. It was messy, crumbs and debris in each drawer, shelves missing and kitchen items thrown in. Utensils were all mixed up and the tray they sat in had debris in it. There were 2 toasters stored upside down and jammed in the back of 2 separate cupboards. Brown stains inside the cabinet next to the oven. Oven included past peoples remnants in the bottom of it. The photo of the many "coffee options" is false. There is a well used Mr.Coffee machine, that is all.Out back by the pool, it was a mess. A rusty old motorcycle, a hose strewn about, stained mat. Hazards if you have little kids staying here. Master shower did not drain (the host was willing to come clean the trap out, we did tell him not necessary as we were here for 2 nights). Corners of the shower look moldy/unclean. The 2nd shower did not work well, the water outlet was ready to pull off of the wall to activate shower. The shower head worked halfway. Showers had near-empty bottles of used shampoo.Bedroom headboard covered in dust, mattress was awful and had a worn out topper on it. Towels provided were stained, tattered and falling apart

Arizona Getaway

We had a great time at this house, it was exactly like the pictures! It was very close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The pool, hot tub, and ping pong table were lots of fun. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town as it had everything that we were looking for and accepted dogs!

Convenient location

Close to Old Town Scottsdale and easy access to airport and other destinations. Quiet neighborhood and private backyard. We were out and about so mostly just needed a place to hang out and sleep so it met our needs. Host is very communicative.

Overall, we had a nice time at Gabriel's place. The location was great - super easy to get to the local spots we wanted to visit and only around 15 mins from the airport. Check-in was a breeze (thanks for keeping the lights on Gabriel!). The beds were comfortable and the A/C kept the place cool. We liked the layout and size of the place - perfect for our small family. My teen loved tanning by the small pool in the bright sun and we enjoyed a few cool dips in the unheated pool.

Such an enjoyable place to stay!

My wife and I stopped here in the middle of a long road trip. The decor was quirky and fun. The pool was a great place to relax. Overall the place was really clean and offered a great chance for us to re-energize before hitting the road again. Being within the Postmates delivery range of Pizzeria Bianco was also a huge plus (Mamma Mia!). Big thanks to Gabriel for hosting us!

Clean, well stocked and super responsive host

The house was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated having a kitchen that had the basics (olive oil, spices, paper towel, etc). The host was incredibly responsive to our questions and minor requests. The property is tucked in a nice residential area and close to grocery and restaurants.

Excellent family spot

The hosts paid meticulous attention to detail, communicated consistently and clearly. The kids loved the available snacks before we were able to order the groceries. Plenty of space for our family, with lots of fun activities around the house. Fun games to play and great entertainment streaming options. Good location for getting around PHX too.
