Grüne Trauminsel

Sehr schöne Insel mit traumhaften Stränden. Sehr viele Möglichkeiten um Freizeit zu verbringen, ob Surfen, Schwimmen auch mit Hund, Sonnen war alles erlaubt. Wir haben Tolle Erinnerungen.

Klein aber fein mit sehr tollem Host

Toller Aufenthalt in einem perfekt gelegenen kleinen Studio mit viel Privatsphäre und einer Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Anliegen werden vom Gastgeber sehr schnell in Angriff genommen und erledigt. Vielen Dank nochmals Ugo für den tollen Aufenthalt in deinem Studio und für den Wein!

prima vacanza all’isola d’Elba

Isola a livello naturalistico affascinante; nel complesso esperienza positiva da ripetere. Purtroppo strade strette e pericolose molte zone d’interesse sia naturalistico che culturale di difficile accesso e trascurate . Gli elbani sono molto accoglienti e operosi nel tempo certamente risolveranno le criticità

Ottimo monolocale

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo monolocale attrezzato con tutto l'occorrente. Ottima pulizia, bellissima vista sul mare, zona tranquilla, privacy al 100%.Vicina alla spiaggia Prunini, ci saranno massimo 100m dal cancello fino alle scale che portano alla spiaggia. Il proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha aspettato all'arrivo del traghetto, si è informato e ci ha comunicato i ristoranti che fanno cucina senza glutine. Ritorneremo volentieri.

Schöner Spätsommerurlaub

Wir haben wundervolle 10 Tage verbracht. Das Appartement ist bestens, hat (außer wlan) alles was man braucht, sehr angenehm und ist ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundlicher, sprachgewandter Vermieter, der einem persönlich von der Fähre abholt. Herrlicher Meerblick, kurzer (steiler - wie oft auf Elba) Weg zum schönen Strand. Das Studio liegt etwas in Schattenlage, in den heißen Sommermonaten sicher von Vorteil, Ende September hat man auf der schönen Terrasse kaum Sonne. Für uns kein Problem, da wir die Zeit für Ausflüge nutzten. Wer es ruhig und privat mag, wie wir, ist hier genau richtig.

Schöne Aussicht, aber!

Das Bett war schrecklich, durchhängende Matratze. Keine Bettwäsche und Tücher da, schlecht kommuniziert ! Muss man mitnehmen! Auf jeden Fall ist die Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz schwierig….

Besondere Location mit Meerblick

Diese Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Portofarraio ist sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Vom Kochlöffel über Waschmaschine und Verlängerungskabel, alles da. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man wird an der Fähre persönlich abgeholt und zur Ferienwohnung begleitet. Der Meerblick ist einfach toll, es entgeht einem kein Schiff, was die Nordküste passiert. Unbedingt Fernglas mitnehmen. Lohn sich. Der Strand ist nicht überfüllt und hat eine niedliche kleine Bude zum Eis oder Getränke kaufen. Wenn man ins Restaurant möchte, muss man entweder das Auto nehmen oder gut zu Fuß sein. Riesiger Supermarkt in 4min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage im Haus war eine Garantie für Mücken- und Sweißfreie Nächte. Eine Buchung können wir nur empfehlen, wenn man nicht unbedingt auf Schicki Micki aus ist.

Una splendida oasi di pace

La proprietà è una vera bomboniera immersa letteralmente nel verde con una meravigliosa vista sul mare che abbraccia tutto l'appartamento. In questo monolocale dotato di ogni comfort e disposto in modo efficientissimo si gode di tranquillità e riservatezza assolute. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e modernità e, soprattutto, pulito con accuratezza. Il proprietario, oltretutto, vi accoglierà con calore, simpatia ed estrema disponibilità ad offrirvi ogni informazione e ad accontentare le vostre esigenze: una persona davvero corretta e attenta ai propri ospiti. La posizione, infine, è molto comoda per raggiungere agevolmente tutte le splendide spiagge dell'isola, nonostante sia comunque possibile arrivare ad una spiaggetta attraverso una scalinata direttamente sotto casa. La descrizione dell'appartamento risulta comunque fedelissima alla realtà, che non riserva alcuna brutta sorpresa! Concludendo, questo è stato sicuramente il miglior appartamento in cui abbia trascorso le mie vacanze! Complimenti al proprietario!

Herrliche Aussicht

Vom Besitzer wurden wir am Hafen abgeholt und an der Autokolonne vorbei direkt zum Haus geführt. Der kurze Abstieg zum kleinen Strand ist etwas Besonderes. Selbst unser bevorzugte Sandstrand von Lacona ist in nur 15min Autofahrt zu erreichen.

La casa è molto vecchia e malmessa

L'appartamento è vecchissimo e puzza di stantio. I mobili cadono a pezzi. La posizione è direttamente sulla strada e se si esce a piedi dal cancello si rischia di essere falciati. Inoltre non è adatta ad un cane in quanto la terrazza è delimitata da un muretto di 50cm dove il cane può facilmente salire e cadere giù. Sconsigliata per tutto.

Mi spiace che si sia trovata così male al contrario di tutti gli altri ospiti. La casa non dà sulla strada ma solo il cancello del parcheggio e comunque è presente uno specchio per controllare l’eventuale arrivo di veicoli.

Great place for a relaxing holiday

The apartment was exactly as in the description and we enjoyed the stay very much. It is a quiet and calm place, with a beautiful view. The apartment had everything we needed for our one week stay. Even for our dog it was a fine place, with enough shadow during the warm hours, and just a few walking minutes from the cozy beach. Thank you, Ugo and Elvira, for the perfect service, and kind regards :-)

Ausgezeichnete Lage mit wundervollem Meerblick, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Nähe zu Supermärkten (5 Min. mit dem Auto), sehr ruhige Lage, keine andere Häuser vor der Terrasse, nähe zu einem kleinen aber ruhigen Kiesstrand (Spiaggia del Seccione): zu Fuß in 5 Min. über Treppen zu erreichen. Wichtig allerdings: man braucht den Vermieter um das Haus zu finden (hat aber sehr hilfsbereit den Weg von Portoferraio aus gezeigt). Gründsätzlich war der Eindruck durchwegs positiv.

"Paradiso tra cielo e mare"

La location è stata in liena con le aspettative, anche oltre, soprattutto per la disponibilità degli spazi, interni ed esterni, il comodissimo indispensabile posto auto e soprattutto il punto strategico in cui si trova, vicinissimo (1 o 2 km) alle spiagge più belle del litorale di Portoferraio. Senza tralasciare che nel tardo pomeriggio scendere alla spiaggia di Seccione, proprio sotto casa, era un vero paradiso. Grande grazie anche al sig. Soluzione perfetta

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa dal 1 al 15 agosto 2016 con un cagnolino, ed è stata una soluzione perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista. Lo spazio auto è stato comodissimo, non ci siamo mai dovuti preoccupare del parcheggio. Il monolocale è molto ampio e ben tenuto, perfetto per una coppia, e la vista è spettacolare. Mangiare in terrazzo con quella vista è impagabile, e ne abbiamo sempre approfittato. Avere la spiaggia sotto casa inoltre è stato comodo, sapevamo di avere sempre una soluzione sicura nel caso non volessimo andare altrove o vedere altre spiagge. Inoltre è molto vicina a Portoferraio per la spesa o altre necessità, ma allo stesso tempo è fuori dalla cittadina, quindi molto tranquilla ed isolata. Consigliatissima!

Una vacanza all'elba

Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza. La casa stupenda,immersa nel verde e con vista mare da godersi durante ogni pasto....(anche perche con quella vista ti passa la voglia di mangiare dentro casa!) ;) Vicina a molte spiaggie da visitare assolutamente,raggiungibili a piedi , vicina a portoferraio e ad ogni servizio raggiungibile in macchina facilmente. Consigliata soprattutto a coppie che vogliono rilassarsi e godersi la vacanza in tranquillità. Alla fine della vostra vacanza avrete voglia di tornarci di nuovo!!
