Beach Villas #403 - Beautiful Beachfront Condo with Screened Lanai!

Gulf front beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Enjoy beautiful evening sunset views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from your screened balcony. Located on the North part of the island, it is only a short walk to Fort Myers Pier, Times Square shopping, restaurants, and Bowditch Point Park. A real plus is the free FMB Trolley that runs between the condo and Times Square and downtown every 15 -25 minutes.

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom as well as a private upgraded walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa, allowing up to 6 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is an in-unit washer / dryer included.

The beach is wide and filled with fine white sand that you will absolutely love. The property has beach chairs for your convenience and also there are beach chairs for rent with umbrellas on the beachfront. Free Wi-Fi, commercial pool, and community BBQ grill.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This unit also requires a parking pass that will be left in your unit, please hang that from your rearview mirror or leave it face up on your dash.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. 7-night minimum rental for peak season (December - April) and 4 night minimum in off season (May-November). During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Beach Villas (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

Very Clean with excellent location!

Beautiful and peaceful

We were lucky to find this rental! Much of the island is still recovering from Ian but this property seems to have done a good job in making it a great place to stay.

Wonderful week with family

This was the perfect place for my family to stay. 3 generations were present for the whole week. Very easy access to the beach, grocery store and lots of restaurant and food truck choices all week.

Much Needed Getaway

The condo was just as described with a fantastic view. While Ft. Myers is still recovering from a hurricane a couple years ago there is still much to do and it’s great to see their rebuild continue. A wonderful place to stay which is centrally located. Will definitely be back.

This condo is located at a perfect spot on the Fort Meyers Beach, more northern end. We enjoyed making meals in the condo, eating dinner out on the beachfront, and watching the sunset together at night! Wonderful experience for our family. We will be planning our trip for next year soon!

Sister trip

My sister and I went on a sister trip. We dedicate it to our mom who passed away. She would want us to do this. The building itself needs some updating but the beach and view make up for it. Condo has everything you need dishes etc towels linen everything just outdated but we considered ourselves lucky because so many buildings are still recovering from the hurricane 2 years ago. There is not much open around but the bus is cheap and restaurants only a mile away. The pool is small but never crowded. The beach is just amazing. Would do again in a minute

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was right on the gorgeous white sand beach with warm gulf water. The hotel next door was super busy but very few people on "our area" of the beach was great. We had a pool as well and the kids went back and forth from pool and beach a lot. The condo was great, view was awesome. Only downfall was the walls/ceilings were a little thin so we could hear our neighbors, but that's condo living! They had a ton of beach chairs, pool noodles, floaties, volleyball, and many other things to keep us and the kids entertained. Walkable to the pier and main restaurant/shopping areas and quick drive to attractions off the island!

Well let’s start with the unit was clean and nice.. enjoyed having chairs for the beach… however every morning about 7:30 the drilling and banging began you could even hear it on the beach… secondly my son in law got stuck in the elevator to your left when looking at them called TriPower and said elevator people and FD were on their way.. one hour later no FD or elevator person arrived .. called Tri power again and they went home after 5 :00 left us with no one to get my son in law out.. finally FD arrives and tells us that this happens all the time , even to say that they have responded to this same complex more than 30 times in the last 2 months.. since when is this ok.. to leave families stranded like this.. thank the Lord that wasn’t my daughter who has anxiety about being in places and can’t get out.. to the point she stopped using the elevator and is now afraid to use elevators again.. come on TriPower this is not appropriate for having families stay at your resort.. FIX YOUR ELEVATORS

The property was working hard to clean up after the latest storm, Milton. Beach wide, beautiful, and clean. Pool was warm and clean. Definitely would stay there again.

The property was great however the property manager was not very responsive when we reached the condo. The washing machine was broken and we lost 2 hours of beach time while waiting for a call back
