Restaurants, fuel stations, grocery stores, Emergency Rooms, urgent care, Doctor’s office, pharmacies, fast foods, Carwash, hardware store and kid friendly park are all in a 1-mile radius.

College Station is a city in eastern Texas. It’s home to the main campus of Texas A&M University. On the campus, the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum documents the life of the 41st U.S. president. It includes a replica Oval Office and a slab of the Berlin Wall. The Sanders Corps of Cadets Center traces the history of the student military group, and exhibits medals and vintage weapons.
Also on campus, the J. Wayne Stark Galleries house 19th- and 20th-century American paintings and photographs, with an emphasis on Texas art. In the same building, the Forsyth Galleries showcase glass artwork. Home of the Aggies football team, the landmark Kyle Field stadium features the Hall of Champions, with interactive displays on the history of the stadium and the university’s sports teams. Among the city's many outdoor spaces, Bee Creek Park includes tennis courts, sports fields and a swimming pool.

A popular time to visit College Station is Aug–Nov. Summers (Jun–Aug) are hot, and winters (Dec–Feb) are mild. Rainfall is possible year-round. Great Place for Family Get-together

This is a great house in a neighborhood, the floorplan makes it easy to cook, eat and enjoy everyone's company. The backyard was a nice benefit that we were looking for when we booked the house. I was disappointed in the furniture, there was not much seating and it needed some repair.

Great stay

The neighborhood was nice and the house was exactly as described. The home owner responded to all my questions quickly and was very kind. The master bed was comfortable, the house was clean and the checkin process was super easy since all I had to do was show up!

Nice overnight place

The check in was very easy. The house accommodated our guests well. There were only 2 negatives: no hot tub as listing indicated and tv options weren’t that great. Other than those 2 things, we enjoyed our stay.

About the Hot Tub, I think I mislead you regarding the jetted bath tub in master's bathroom that comes with it. I have taken that down so it will not confuse others in future. Now regarding the TV options, it was noted that the house does not come with cable/satellite. But it provides a high speed internet that can play AppleTV, HBO, ESPN, and other stations or more TV streamings that people can login to it if they have the access to membership. Glad that you enjoyed your stay! Have a Great Day!

Great place for a short stay!

Ricky was super helpful and great getting our stay situated. The house is adorable and perfect for a game day weekend. fairly close to campus and a short uber ride. Would stay again for the next game for sure!
