The villa is above a shop so there are steps up to a wonderful breakfast balcony and steps down to the BBQ/pool area. It is a big space and sadly there is evidence of rubbish, broken stuff but conveniently hidden behind a hedge or half buried where the orange/lemon trees are. But it was a fantastic living space for all 11 of us. Convenient for all beaches, shops, supermarkets and buses. The pool area was amazing it was a good size to cater for games as well as swimming. Likewise for a BBQ area, spacious, well laid out and good lighting.All members of our party had a fabulous time and it was because the villa had these excellent outside spaces as well as the breakfast balcony overlooking the sea.

Wat betreft onderhoud hebben we een volledige controle uitgevoerd om te zorgen dat de villa aan de eisen voldoet We hopen je terug te zien bij een andere gelegenheid in een van onze panden!

Bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 semaines! Villa idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis Bon à savoir : • Peut-être un manque d'attention de ma part mais la caution de 250€ est à remettre sur place en liquide • La personne présente à l'arrivée ne parle qu'espagnol • Situé à 100m d'une falaise, mais pas de la plage qui elle est a 20/30min à pied mais moins de 10min en voiture Plus: + Piscine bien entretenue + Conforme à la description + 2 ou 3 places de parking dans l'enceinte de la propriété + Beaucoup de magasins situés à 5min en voiture Moins: - L'intérieur villa nécessiterait un bon rafraîssiment - Toutes les chambres ne sont pas climatisées - Pas super propre à notre arrivée - Les cadavres de jouets d'enfant trainent aux abords de la piscine - Chaudières capricieuses

Maison bien située, avec belle piscine

Maison très propre, située à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage, avec petites boutiques et bars. Idéale pour familles avec enfants ( pas trop petits à cause des escaliers) et ados. Voiture pas indispensable mais bien pratique pour les courses. La plage est jolie mais bondée. Nous avons aimé la petite plage de Cala Fustera ( 3 min en voitures), car moins touristique. La piscine est très belle. Les transats en suffisance mais peu confortables. La clim n'existe pas dans toutes les chambres, le Wi-Fi seulement terrasse du haut, salon et cuisine. Pour nous , largement suffisant. Bons échanges et réponses rapides de M. Salmon.

Casa sencilla pero fabulosa!!

Hemos ido 15 personas más un recién nacido y hemos estado muy cómodos en la casa....el mobiliario es sencillo pero muy útil....hay que destacar el porche donde hacíamos todas las comidas y por supuesto la piscina....que tanto mayores como pequeños la hemos disfrutado muchísimo.. ..la casa está muy bien situada....prometemos que volveremos Muchas gracias

Excellent value for money! My family of ten found all we needed at this place, except an open playing field. Bbq outside at evenings were a bonus! Expect some noise from the trafic

Excellent value for money!

Lovely and clean villa with a sunny terrace and amazing pool! The beach, supermarket and other shops were all very close by so you don't really need a car rental. We weren't aware that the villa was situated near a very busy road and that you're actually only renting the top floor of the villa as below some businesses are situated (they didn't cause any problems) and therefore you always have to walk the stairs with all the tableware to set the table at the BBQ area. To conclude: we had an amazing holiday and would definitely like to come back someday!

"Séjour très agréable ave...

"Séjour très agréable avec tous le nécessaire. La piscine est un vrai régal. La plage pas très loin mais surpeuplée fin juillet début aout. Seul bémol, la route qui n''est pas très loin et qui est très passante en été."
