Easy one-story living with gorgeous sunset views over Middle Bay. Enjoy evenings on the screened porch, summer fun on the large open lawn, and tidal waterfront access perfect for kayaking and canoeing! Bottled water is provided for weekly rentals, and there is a back-up generator in case of power outages.

With an immaculate interior, this house comes with a recently remodeled kitchen, a gorgeous fireplace, three adorable bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living, kitchen, and dining areas are all located on one end of the house near the screened-in porch. There is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and laundry also near the kitchen. On the other end of the house, there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower/tub. Two of the bedrooms have water views.

The outside area has a well-maintained path down to rocky steps that lead to the tidal water area. You can wade through the water, swim, look for sea treasures, or just bask in the sun. Please note that if you bring a kayak you will need to carry it down the path and the rocky steps to the shorefront.
