*Our beautiful 4BR/3 BA home is Gulf Access & located on a quiet cul de sac and less than a block from the river in the Gold Coast Estates. Granite Counters throughout the home, with the main floor boasting a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 2, a bar & coffee bar area, large dining room with seating for 10, master bedroom (king bed) and master bathroom with double sinks, large living room with sectional and a 65 in TV, pool/guest bath with access from pool, 2nd bedroom (queen bed), an office on the main floor if you need to work while on vaca, and laundry off kitchen. The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms with king beds in each and a shared large bathroom.
Great outdoor space for entertaining with beautiful pool w/ waterfalls and HOT TUB, lots of outdoor seating and fire pit, large eating table room for 6, extra chairs, and grill. There is also a 42 ft dock for your boating pleasure (boat rental would be needed, there are several places that rent them out in the area), and we are 20 mins boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. Down by the dock there is another sitting area on the water, as well as a tiki hut to enjoy!! We sold our other rental home here in the area and purchased this one Jan 2019. We love this home more than the last one, the location is amazing for boating, restaurants, bars, and much more. The reviews will start coming in the more it rents, but it is like starting over since we have to put this one out here as a new listing for us. Our other home had 5 star reviews, and we know this one will as well. We hope you come stay at our new home, and are able to enjoy it as much as we have. Your stay includes Linens, all towels bath/pool/beach, dish soap, laundry soap, bikes, and fishing rods all provided for your stay.

We owned a Wyndham Brand hotel that we sold in 2015, so we decided to buy a home that needed work in Florida and fix it up, which we did and kept for 3 years and we just sold it in January 2019. We then bought this home, which we absolutely love!! This home has an awesome location, great views, and gulf access. We have made many friends in Florida and absolutely love coming down here. We hope you enjoy it as well. I am a Licenced REALTOR in the state of Iowa since 2001, and we own and manage several rental properties where we live since 1995. I have a REALTOR and friend of mine in FL, managing this property for me as far as checking the guests in/out, but I will do the rest of the rental process with you. We look forward to working with you and hope that you enjoy our home and area as much as we do, as well as, our friends that have visited too. The outdoor space is just tranquil and the views are amazing. We love this location better than our last home we had here in FL. We are literally close to everything, stores, shopping, restaurants, bars, the beaches, everything!!

It's Gulf Access, and nestled in the Gold Coast Estates it's perfect so you can rent a boat and head to the beach or one of the islands, as many of our guests have. The Calming views and Tranquility are amazing at this lovely home. And did I mention that we are literally close to everything such as grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, bars, the beaches, everything!! It's an Awesome property at a great price.

What makes this property unique

It's Gulf Access & located in a lovely neighborhood. The views are amazing here, we love looking out to the water as it is just peaceful. The Tiki Hut is awesome for morning coffee or a 5 o'clock somewhere drink. We love that we are close to the 47th Terrace where there are tons of restaurants and bars down there. As well as the Cape Coral Beach & Yacht Club.
