Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use. As advertised.

What a wonderful property! It was everything we thought it would be and more. Very spacious and well-maintained. Coincidently located. We really enjoyed out time there and would highly recommend this property to others! 5 stars

Great family vacation!

We had a great 1st time trip to Florida. The house was beautiful and even better than the pictures showed. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Close to many great restaurants and easy to get around the area. We loved it. Would stay here again if we had the chance.

Beautiful

Love the house, location and the view is incredible. I’ve rented houses down here for 20 years and this one tops them all. Had some issues with the pool and the hot tub never worked but understood that Ian has had its toll on everyone. Would rent it again in a heartbeat.

A lot of stuff broken

For $6k you sure would think the property management service would call you back after two requests were made to fix the washer. It was broken before we ever checked in. It reeked like mold. My wife had to hand wash all our clothes and towels in the laundry sink. Kinda pathetic for how much it cost to stay here. Sliding patio doors were broken, lights in master closet didnt work, lights in master bathroom didnt work, some of the burners on the stove didnt work. Other than that, the place is in a great location. I would not stay at another place though managed by Distinctive Beach Rentals.
