Housing of 110 m2 partly renovated this winter in a detached house 8 km from Sarlat close to all shops with new bedding and linens for 4 people in a quiet area with views of the surrounding countryside, in a green setting.
Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir near all the sites of the Dordogne, Lot and long-distance hiking trails.

Composition of the gîte:
* Wifi access.
* A living / dining room with a local stone fireplace, a sofa and two leather armchairs, coffee table, TV cabinet and 80 cm flat screen TV, USB DVD, CD USB MP3 radio, a row, a table firm and 6 chairs.
* A fully fitted fitted kitchen: dishwasher, gas hob, extractor hood, oven and microwave, fridge / freezer, Tassimo pod coffee maker + filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, robot, blender, pressure cooker and all cooking tools.
* Bedroom with a 160x200 bed, bedside tables and glass wardrobe.
* Bedroom with a 140x190 bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.
* Bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower, first aid kit.

Perfect vakantieverblijf voor koppel of gezin.

Wij hadden een zeer goed verblijf in een praktisch en zeer proper vakantieverblijf, alles was aanwezig inclusief garage en terras met 100% privacy. Zeer rustige ligging met een paar restaurantjes in de buurt en een zeer groot aanbod in Sarlat op minder dan 10km. Zeer goede ligging voor wandelaars en fietsers.
