Conveniently located less than a mile from the beach and less than a mile to the village, makes this the perfect place for your island getaway. The community pool is steps away from the front door. The double sofa living room has a wall mounted flat panel TV as well as the Master and Guest bedrooms.
Fall in love with the Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath with new walk-in shower. Another guest room with a queen bed is located upstairs with a nearby new full bathroom with a new walk-in shower.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for those events from appetizers to a multi course meal. Enjoy the beach décor in this newly renovated unit or the lush landscaping from the back deck as you have evening cocktails. Feel free to shower in the completely private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Whatever your reason for being on the island this is the home to be based from for all of your activities.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Pets allowed with the addition of $100 pet fee per dog. (2 dog max.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 3 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
