Best location on St. Pete Beach !

You will fall in love with Saint Pete Beach, and this beautiful condo. Located directly on the beach, and only 30 min from Tampa International Airport, this unit is a dream come true. It is very clean, and has been completely renovated in 2017 with high end furnishings, plank flooring and brand new central AC. Balcony door opens to a serene view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is located at Gulf Gate Resort, which offers central yet quiet location on St. Pete Beach. Our unit 304 features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 and 1/2 bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dinning room, balcony and a washer and dryer. The living room has plenty of sitting space as a well as a custom queen size murphy bed. 4 people can sleep comfortably at this condo. WiFi and cable are included. 3 night stay minimum. Location of Unit 304 is third floor, gulfside north with balcony overlooking Gulf of Mexico. Gulf Gate resort has an onsite manager, who can immediately address any repair issues, if such arise. The grounds feature heated pool, a hot tub, barbeque area, gazebo, gym, and a pool table . The building is very safe, allowing entrance only to the people staying at Gulf Gate. Gulf Gate is a smoke free and pet free building. Location is within walking distance ( about 5 min or less) to supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, and countless restaurants. St. Pete Beach offers jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, kayaks, paddle boards, boat trips, and life music at many of the restaurants. Trip Advisor named St. Pete Beach the third best beach in US, and Tasting Table rated it one of the Best Beach Towns in America.

Beautiful condo

We've stayed at several other condos at St. Pete & this was by far the cleanest one. The decor is beautiful & it is exactly as shown in the photos. The linens & towels all smelled like clean laundry detergent as well. The location is great & within walking distance to a lot of great restaraunts/bars. My whole family loved it & we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo!

This place was everything we wanted. Super clean, the Decor was beautiful, and it had dish soap tide pods for your laundry and it also had beach chairs and an easy up that was AMAZING for the beach. The balcony had an amazing view of the beach and This part of the beach is not very populated and it's 5 minutes walk from restaurants and grocery store. Don't hesitate to book this!!

This unit was perfect for my then boyfriend (now fiancé 😁) and I! It has a great view of the ocean from the living room with a great interior. It fit us with space to spare but you could definitely stay with two more people comfortably. It’s in a great spot on St. Pete within walking distance to 5 bars!! Overall great experience!

The condo was clean, all the amenities were usable and kid friendly. East beach access straight from pool area. Gym was updated and private access code from front desk not everyone can just come in. Quiet neighborhood no parties. Great place for a low key vacation and not high $$$

Was our kids first time to salt water! This condo was perfect for us. Super clean and the AC was lovely since it was so hot outside. Right next to the beach. The tent the condo provided for our beach days was great. We did not have a vehicle for our trip but didn’t need it. You could walk to many restaurants and grocery. Also a free bus took you many places. We would stay again and recommend to friends.

spotless quiet condo with beach views

Stayed 7 nights and loved every minute. After-hours check-in was easy. The unit was extremely clean and everything in good repair. Photos are accurate. The king sized bed was super comfortable and building very quiet, which made for restful sleep. In a fantastic location within walking distance to grocery store, drug stores, coffee shops and beach shops.Loved that the host provided items such as beach chairs, umbrellas and small soft sided coolers. There was nothing we needed during our stay. Had contact with the building office a few times and they were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Right on the beach. Nice little condo that was recently updated. Property is small, so not a ton of people which was nice. The unit we had, the owners had so much on hand.... beach chairs, umbrellas, beach games, coolers. It was very nice to have all of that and not go out and rent it

Stayed 4 nights. Unit was clean, spacious and very nicely decorated and furnished comfortably. Beach view was great to wake up to each day. We brought our own beach umbrella but there was a beach canopy and umbrella in the closet if needed. Loved that there was washer and dryer and full kitchen in unit. Much better value than a motel. Short getaway

We truly enjoyed our time in St. Pete Beach, from the time we checked in til we left we had no issues. Izabela was very responsive when I had questions before arriving. The condo was more than we expected, awesome view of the gulf perfect for sitting on the balcony enjoying our morning coffee and in the evenings just relaxing. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, even though we didn't use them, they had everything for the beach as well including beach chairs, umbrella, canopy and even pool noodles. The location was perfect, in walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery and more. We will definitely stay again when visiting St. Pete.

Peaceful and enjoyable four-day trip

I noticed as we first walked in how clean it was. The location was centrally located on a section of the beach that was quiet... it didn't have the over-crowded tourist feel. We were able to walk and ride our bikes to places to eat and shop (and play pickle ball and tennis.) We will go back again.
