We call it Oasis for good reason: from lovely gardens and a gleaming pool outdoors to modern, breezy furnishings and a bold yet exquisite aesthetic indoors, this home is truly a jewel in the desert. Finally, we provide canvas grocery bags you can use in your trips to the local stores, farmer’s and fish markets.

The neighborhood overall is very quiet. The seaside promenade is about a minute’s walk from the house.
Only a block away is our favorite breakfast place, María California. Within the same radius are two great restaurants: La Casita, an excellent place with tasty salads and entrees and a nice patio bar, and Dulce Romero, a hip, organic sandwich shop and bakery. There is also a great butcher shop nearby where you can buy excellent meats in case you want to have a cookout.
Casa Oasis is the perfect place to explore Baja California Sur’s only true Mexican city, set like a pearl in the crown of the Bay of La Paz. The location is great - close to the malecon and the Oyster House restaurant (our fave). The house was clean but some of the finishings could use a refresh. We had one problem during our stay and had trouble communicating with the host, but is was also Christmas Eve/Day. Once we established communication the problem was fixed right away. Great property for a family as everyone has their own space.
Perfect family retreat in the middle of everything
We loved our visit to Casa Oasis! We enjoyed the private courtyard, awesome central walkable location near the malecon, and the beautiful comfortable home. We delighted in exploring the local beaches, taking a boat ride for snorkeling and nature admiration, renting bikes, and feasting on the local seafood. Casa Oasis was a perfect home base for our family. We'd love to return to La Paz!
I have stayed here twice and will back again and again! Great location, amazing customer experience and such a cute house that matches the online listing. The communication from the property manager is incredible.

This is a very nice location and a nice place to stay while in La Paz. However, we did have some difficulty contacting the host the first day for directions on how to open the door to get in.

Had a great, relaxing time at Casa Oasis. Location is good, close to the Malecon and the center of town. The courtyard w/ pool was a lovely place for hanging out, especially for a large group of friends where we could each find our own little spot.

Beautiful House, Easy Walk to Malecon, Responsive Manager
This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. Ana the Prop. Mgr. was just a text away whenever we had a question. House is better looking than the photos!

We stayed at this property with a party of 6 and felt this was a perfect space for our vacation. The indoor/outdoor living spaces were fantastic. Even though the property is open concept, there were plenty of nooks to sit in for a quite moment. Would absolutely book again!

Casa Oasis was a wonderful home away from home. It is well stocked, rooms are comfortable and large, and the best part is its location! The block offers SO MANY WONDERFUL RESTAURANTS! La Chata and Maria California were delicious for breakfast and The Oyster House and Fuego & Lina pizza…delicious food! The location is convenient to walking down to the Malecón for sunset and around town. Can’t wait to return!

The house was a pure delight. Had everything we needed and had such a wonderful Mexican flavour we had no doubt where we were. Thank you so much. Wonderful property. And the visitors guide to La Paz was exceptional. We used it more so than any guide book we had.

The house was clean and comfortable, we were very close to our activities for the wedding, the church was 5 minutes from the house and the banquet menu one block from it. Once the pool was cleaned the kids got into it despite being cold. Communication with the host was great. Beautiful beaches are 30 min drive. Totally recommend this house if you are staying in la Paz.

This was our first time staying here and we’re already planning a trip back. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. There were two, very detailed folders with all the necessary information (and then some) included. 3 bedroom and 3 baths worked out perfectly for 4 guests. We now want to landscape our backyard the exact same way. I would highly recommend and cannot wait to return.

Casa Oasis is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in on vacation. Not only is the property in an ideal location walking distance to the malecón and restaurants and bars, it is incredibly well appointed.
The furnishings, linens and towels are all of the highest quality and the place is beautifully decorated in colorful Venetian plaster walls. The pool area is quiet and relaxing. The property management company responded immediately to out questions and requests.
We couldn’t ask for more.

Overall, Casa Oasis met and exceeded our expectations. The home was as described, and upon check-in the hosts has a binder full of information and wonderful recommendations from food, boat tours, massages, etc. Communication with the host was fast and easy. She replied within minutes, and always very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again. The property was conveniently located. There’s many places to grab food, coffee, and snacks nearby, and really close to get to the malecón.

We absolutely adored this home. The pictures do not do it justice. It's clean, modern, with all the amenities. The outdoor space is gorgeous and the best part of the house. We also loved how convenient this house is to everything. We didn't use our car once when we were here. Check in and out was easy. Ana Carolina even stopped by to give us a gift of homemade soap and a candle. We would definitely stay here again!

I celebrated my 30th birthday with a group of friends in La Paz for the first time. This house is perfection & in a great location. Ana was so responsive with anything we needed. We had an entire binder full of recommendations and anything you need. Everything in the home works well & all the furniture and amenities are top tier. I will definitely be coming back again and again!!! Best stay we could have asked for

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and two teenage sons. Both boys had their own rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of places to lounge both in the house and outside. We enjoyed using the pool to cool off at the end of the day and even slept out under the stars on the daybed. Very easy to access the Malecon along with shops and restaurants. Felt very secure in the home. Extensive list of recommendations for eating, shopping and touring provided as well. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return!!

We enjoyed returning to this location after our days of beach visits and Hook Experience fishing, snorkeling, rock hounding and other off the beaten path adventures. The house is spacious, well equipped and serene. The patio offers a comfortable, cozy feel with lifted nook, pool, hammock, couch while also providing a bar-b-Que with round table and plenty of chairs for a family or for a little company.
The beds were comfortable and inviting. The bathrooms are presented with style and luxury. It is secluded, safe and private. This place really is a gem - an oasis. We will be back.

This property is just fabulous. Stayed with another couple and location makes this so covenant to enjoy your stay in LA Paz. Great surprise to find that there is a covered carport area behind a gate with a remote to park a rental car. We had a Toyata land cruiser it fit fine but anything bigger would be a challenge to park inside. Only cons where second bed is a full be nice if it was a queen and outside grill was a weber charcoal not gas grill like in the pictures. We stayed 2 weeks and loved the home and the area.

My name is Monica. I grew up in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora, and have lived La Paz for the last six years. During that time, I've grown roots into the community through educational programs and efforts to advance environmental conscience in the form of organic gardens, recycling, and sustainable water-management practices.
Why they chose this property
Removed from the street by the length of a spacious, 3-car garage, the house sports a big patio surrounded by (and connected with) the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. The patio sports a pool, bbq grill, an outdoor dining room, and a hammock and rocking chairs.

What makes this property unique
Guests have access to all areas of the house, which include the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor patio and garage, and laundry room with a washer and drier. There are air conditioning units in every room of the house.
We take pride in using non-toxic cleaning supplies, providing a healthier and more natural alternative, while being just as effective to synthetic-based conventional cleaners.
As La Paz doesn’t have a city recycling program, we go the extra mile and arrange for recycling ourselves. We offer recycling bins for our guests, which we then transport to proper recycling facilities outside of town.
We are making efforts towards water conservation in La Paz. We are adopting water-efficient technologies, growing mostly native vegetation in our decorative gardens, promoting responsible water usage, and building urban rainwater capture basins.
Finally, we provide canvas grocery bags you can use in your trips to the local stores, farmer’s and fish markets.
