First bedroom has 1 King Bed and second oversized bedroom has 2 Queen beds. 3 Large Balconies are accessible from the spacious and comfortable living room and both bedrooms. Newly remodeled Well Stocked Kitchen with granite counters, Dining Room seats six. Flat screen TV with DVD Player.

Property is fully gated with 24 Hour Staff for your convenience and comfort. Bottled Drinking Water service provided by guards to Condo. Access Beach, private pool, swimming and snorkeling just seconds from the elevator. Clean rooms. Fantastic sea views from bedrooms, living room and deck. Great walking access to Cortez club for diving and snorkelling. Host very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

My stay was amazing. The view was spectacular, had amazing views of the sunset each night. The owner is was extremely accommodating and would stay at Thai property again . Thinking about booking again next year.

Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful location with beautiful views from the huge deck, a lovely pool, and great restaurants in walking distance. This unit was perfect for our party of two couples. We felt very safe and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot in a gated area. The owner of the condo, Myca, was very communicative and helpful.

Beautiful view and lovely condo

We absolutely loved the view of the water and the sunsets every night! We watched the birds dive into the water catching fish from the balcony. The condo building itself was well kept up and nicely decorated and the pool area and hot tub were very clean. We had a lovely family vacation there with 2 teenagers. The location seemed convenient for us for the activities we did. Weekend nights were a little noisy down on the beach, but it did not bother us at all. Myka was very helpful and communicative.

Nice place at reasonable price

This condo was really nice with beautiful views. The owner was responsive and very helpful. The restaurants on the premises were outstanding. You can also book and excursion at the Cortez Club which is also on the property. We felt we had the best experience out of all our vacations using them. Ask for Aurora as your guide. We would stay here again.

This condo is so great, I want to live here!!!

The La Concha Condos are the perfect location for divers, well, really for everyone! Perfectly located on the beach with a wonderful pool and hot tub. Very friendly staff and neighbors and Myca was a great communicator. Wonderful beds and great bathrooms. I really do wish we could just stay! The dive shop, The Cortez Club, is the best I have ever known and can't wait to come back to La Paz!

La Paz is awesome

Pretty good location right outside the city, easily accessible. The room and location are both great. Myka provided excellent service and was responsive. Super minor issue but not a problem: some of the long-term tenants like to complain about kids play noise in the pool. Just ignore them and let your kids have a good time!

Great beach location!

Loved seeing the sunsets from the extensive deck. We enjoyed eating dinner on the deck while the sun was setting. Unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had adequate utensils and amenities to cook our own meals. Secure condo building next to La Concha Hotel with helpful staff. We so enjoyed walking along the boardwalk each morning to get in our daily exercise. We did not have a rental car this time, but would definitely rent one next time to explore the area and beaches further afield. We would stay here again.

You definitely need to rent a car, the town or any action was 15 minutes away. There is two restaurants near by, one which was terrible and very unorganized. The other one was good but very high end. The pool was ice cold. This is on a public beach so it gets very noisy until late in the night sometimes 3 in the morning.

What a view!

We stayed at La Concha 11 years ago & glad we stayed there again. Condo has amazing view with lots of room to spread out. Many amenities. Great beach right out front (can get noisy at night on the weekends), 2 great restaurants, pool/hot tub was added plus. It is a bit of a walk to the Malecon, but doable. Easy drive to other beautiful beaches as well. Cost of diving went up drastically, so be prepared! Our host, Myca, was very responsive. Will definitely return.

This place is amazing

We had such a fantastic experience, the place is very large with a massive balcony. We spent every night watching the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped, although we mostly ate out. There is more space than was needed for 2, it felt like home. If you love the quiet and sunsets, this is the place to be. Its on a quiet beach and the hotel next door was great to sit under the palapas with a margarita and some quacamole. Its a short 5 minute drive to la paz, although we talked to people who also walked in. I would highly recommend this place, there would be plenty of room for 4. We will be back!

Beachfront Basic

Lovely stay at La Concha condominiums. Very basic condo. Bed and pillows great! Needs some TLC, but it’s huge, and the views are mesmerizing. We practically lived on the giant deck! The beach is lovely. Not a long walking beach, but easy walking and enough to get in some exercise. The condo grounds and staff are amazing. Beautiful pool, although not heated. The host, Myca was wonderful to deal with. We were there for 6 weeks, and didn’t have a car, so having the two restaurants/bars next door was great, although we cooked and ate in 95% of the time. Walking to the little store at the gas station, or to the restaurant/bar at the marina was good exercise along the malecon. We didn’t walk all the way into town, but cabs were always available next door at La Concha Beach Club, and the cost into town was always the same. My only real complaint is that there was no washer/dryer in the unit (which we knew about before we went). There were laundry facilities on the 3rd floor which were fine, but not as convenient as we would have liked. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, made some lifelong friends, and have great memories.

Lovely waterfront condo in a quiet setting

We really enjoyed the location of this condo, as it is right on the water and just a few minutes from downtown La Paz, as well as the beautiful beaches to the north. The unit was clean and spacious and included all of the basics that one might need. It has a huge balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez, with fantastic sunset views. We were there in February and the complex was very quiet most of the time. Most days, the pool and beach were practically empty, although it was busier on the weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only down-side, and it's a minor one, is that the only restaurant within walking distance is at the hotel next door. The food was decent, but the service was absolutely horrible. There is a BBQ grill on the condo balcony, which was handy the one night we chose to stay in. There are many good restaurants in La Paz (be warned that many are closed on Sunday). We had very nice dinners at Nim and Tres Virgenes; great tacos at Rancho Viejo; and fantastic fresh seafood at Pichilinque Beach. The owner is not local, but checked in with us via email during our visit to make sure everything was okay. The only hitch we encountered was with gate access when we first arrived, but the gate staff were great and the owner resolved the issue for us immediately. We would happily stay here again.

Pictures don’t do it justice

If you fly into Cabo, expect a 2.5 hour drive to get to La Paz. At first I thought, “there must be someplace closer.” But when we got to the condo we were not disappointed. It was well appointed and much more spacious than the pictures showed. Both bedrooms are large and sit at opposite ends of the condo, separated by a large sunken living space. All three rooms open onto a balcony with awesome 5th floor views of the bay. While the condo has a pool, and hot tub of its own, the resort attached to it was nice because you had a restaurant and bar close to another pool. There was also separate restaurant just beyond the property that we tried twice and has superb meals both times. The building and the grounds are gated and the gardens were well tended. Very pretty. As for La Paz, the cathedral is a must see as is the market on Tuesdays and Saturday. The Malacon was also really great. Good for walking, running. bicycling, or just finding a good place to dine and enjoy the views. We didn’t go to any of the beaches there and in all honesty this condo sits on one of the nicer public beaches. But with its location being on the north end of La Paz we had an easy exit from the area and found an excellent beach about 20 minutes north called Playa del Tecolote. We made some great friends with the locals and spent three of our beach days there. Have Erica set you up with a tour around Espíritu Island where you’ll have a chance to snorkel with seals and sea lions. Your condo hostess, Myca is also a great person to deal with. She made sure that our stay was everything advertised. If you go on Easter weekend be prepared for big parties on the night before Easter as that’s one that México likes to celebrate. We would highly recommend this condo and it’s location and are planning a return visit.

Amazing place to visit

Myca is great at communicating. She was awesome at putting together a renter info sheet that took care of a months worth of places to go and things to do in La Paz. The property is simply beautiful. Nothing over the top or complicated. The condo had everything that a family of four needs to cook and be comfortable. The staff on site is personable and very helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome but it was hard to use them when you have that beautiful beach right there. This place will be on our list to return to sooner than later. I could say a lot more but you should check it out for your self.

Welcoming Condo

The condo is large, has all the amenities necessary. Could use some TLC by a handyman but is, in the main, satisfactorily appointed. Nice location, our fishing charter captain picked us up in his boat right in front of the building. We had a car to get around the area but a taxi station out front is convenient. Staff of the facility are welcoming and helpful, no problems. The owner is welcoming and appreciates hearing of any issues that need attention. We’d rent again and can recommend it to others as it is a bargain, with a fantastic sunset view.

Absolutely best location in La Paz. Listened to the rush of waves from the large doors off the bedroom all night. A few cliches with elevator maintenance while we were there, but Myca was very responsive and not all things can be controlled. We’ll be back!

Very comfortable and relaxing stay

The condo has a view of the La Paz harbor and sits right on a lovely white beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai overlooking the water and beach. Two palm trees provide shade and screen afternoon sun. The condo, itself was very clean and comfortable. The security and property staff were incredible: helpful, professional and extremely nice. Do bring your own soap and shampoo, as well as ground coffee, if you’re a coffee drinker.

Spacious, gracious condominium

We were pleased to awaken each morning to the sounds of the sea and the birds. Good beds, screens on all the sliding doors and windows, well-equipped kitchen, helpful friendly staff, easy parking and spectacular swimming pool right downstairs. Very short drive to aquatic park and the center of town. Living here was a pleasure!

Everything you could ever want.

The condo had a beautiful view if the ocean and the sunsets were magnificent. The condo was comfortable, well stocked with towels, dishes, videos, and about anything you might need. It was located close to town, the staff was very gracious, and we hope to visit again.

We visited La Paz in 2008 and fell in love with the magic of La Paz and with this building and the views and serenity it offers. We love it so much in fact that we sold the studio unit we were in originally on the 4th floor and upgraded to this much larger unit on the 5th floor and plan to retire here part time each year.
