This villa has a magnificent infinity pool and a beautiful sea view on the Ile du Levant is a 10-minute walk from Canadel beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances; perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy in the large dining room for 16 people or on one of the two terraces enjoying the sea view.

The first terrace has a beautiful infinity pool with solar shower and beach beds ideal for reading and lounging, a solar shower is available. The second terrace is equipped with a garden furniture, a barbecue and a large table for 16 guests, shaded by a pergola.

The living room includes a large TV with home cinema; card games are also available to liven up your evenings.

The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and sea view, 4 with en-suite shower room and toilet, one with a small living room and a balcony. The villa also has a dormitory for 4 people with sea view. All bedrooms are fitted with storage units with hangers, to allow you to settle in comfortably.

A small living room with library, television and bench convertible into a bed for 2 people is located on the first floor.

Separate toilets are available on the 1st floor. A bathroom with large walk-in shower is available on the 1st floor.

The villa has a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and a hairdryer.

Please note that sheets and a towel per person are provided.

You can park up to 6 cars. The car park is secured by a gate.
