About this property

This is the perfect home for your family's getaway to the shore!

Beautifully furnished bright and spacious 3 stories 4-bedroom townhouse close to restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach. Comfortably sleeps up to 11 people.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated full bath. Bedroom #1 is a large room with a queen bed, twin bed with a pull-out trundle bed. Bedroom #2 has a two twin beds with brand new mattresses. The second floor has an open design, brand new kitchen and appliances with a large breakfast bar, dining area, large sunny living area with cathedral ceilings and newly renovated full bath. A large bedroom is also located on the second floor and contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The third floor contains a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed. Master bedroom has a full private bathroom including a shower and a jacuzzi.
There are 4 HD TVs with premium entertainment cable packages. Wireless internet is provided. Your summer oasis is completed with large decks for
your enjoyment. The deck with bay and sunset view has a large dining table, 2 chase chaise lounges and a Weber grill for your summer barbecue.
The large backyard has table for dining plus lounge chairs and a spacious outdoor shower.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Great house and location

The house was great. We didn’t know much about the Jersey Shore towns but we all loved Avalon. The beach was walking distance and there were so many places in walking distance- restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf.

Avalon stay

Our family enjoyed the rental we stayed in. It was clean. It was close enough to the stores without being noisy. We were close enough to the beach as well. Nice town.
