There are two bedrooms upstairs that sleep 6 in total along with a fully renovated bathroom with dual sinks and a large, open shower. The laundry room is located in the garage along with an additional refrigerator for extra food and beverage storage. Garage and street parking is available to guests.

When booking this property, the amenities of our Country Club membership are extended to our guests. You can enjoy the 3 pools, adult hot tub, and newly reconstructed cabana at the April Sound Swimming Pool for a fee, per Club Corp's October 2020 policy change. You will also enjoy access to the Club Fitness Room and April Sound Pheonix Grill (restaurant that overlooks the water; access to restaurant included, all food and beverage purchases must be paid by guest) - also for a fee, per Club Corp's October 2020 policy change. There are two large parks located in April Sound, both with new equipment and large open spaces for soccer, basketball, and a baseball diamond.

April Sound is a gated, private, and highly secured neighborhood. Safety is a neighborhood commitment, this is a great place for children and families to enjoy evening walks, bike rides, etc. There are areas to step down into the water from the bulkhead to swim right in front of the property! Enjoy jumping in and floating! There is an area to the left of the peninsula in front of the property that is a no wake zone - perfect for swimming in calmer waters on a choppy day!

Club Information for pool and Country Club access:
Temporary Access Cards The Club will create and make available at the Club’s reception desk a temporary access card for all Renters listed on the Renter Access Agreement. Each adult Renter (18 or older) must provide an approved photo ID at the reception desk and complete any Club-required documents. The Renter Fee will then be billed to the Sponsoring Member’s account at the Club.

Renter Fees Weekend charge (up to three consecutive days, but does not have to be over the weekend) • For a Family of up to five people (two adults and three children under the age of 23) = $100.00 • Each additional family member under the age of 23 = $10.00 • Each single adult = $50.00

Weekly charge (four to seven consecutive days) • For a Family of up to five people (two adults and three children under the age of 23) = $150.00 • Each additional family member under the age of 23 = $15.00 • Each single adult = $75.00

Renter Access Per the terms of the Renter Access Agreement, Renters will have access to the Club amenities listed below. In compliance with April Sound POA regulations, Renters do not have access to the boat ramps. Renters do not have charging privileges and must adhere to the Club’s standard dress code policy and all rules, regulations and policies that govern access to such amenities.
