Condo as advertised. Perfect location. Right on beach and pool close, too. Plenty of room for family - bedrooms spread out for privacy with bathrooms. Parking easy and check in process was seem less. Would come back again!
Great condo and resort! With a family that likes to cook, my only negative comment is the kitchen could definitely use more cookware and serving options.

Hello Kari,

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property owners were on top of any problems and immediately resolved them. The view from the balcony was amazing and to hear the ocean at night to allow you to sleep was serene. The only thing I would let others know is that There is a problem with your phones working if you have T-Mobile inside the condo.
The beach felt secluded with plenty of social distancing. The grounds were very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a slight hiccup with the check in, but the management Responded and accommodated immediately which was very well received. We would stay again for sure!

It was a pleasure hosting you on the Charleston Coast! We hope to see you again soon!
My six sisters, niece and I were there for a week. There were a few maintenance issues but nothing that impacted our stay. Top of the line appliances, very nice decor. A great pool area, and just a short walk to the beach.
The condo was beautiful, well laid out and spacious. Very comfortable for our family. Short walk to a wide beach. The keyless entry didn’t work for us but management got keys to us quickly. Would definitely rent again.

We did thoroughly enjoy our stay here. The villa was very clean and very accomodating! We especially enjoyed dining on the patio and the sectional sofa in the den was perfect for relaxing! We would definitely come back! Only next time, we would be sure to bring our own beach chairs and umbrellas as there were none provided with the villa and none available through the rental agencies once we were on the Isle of Palms.

Great property. Location is fantastic, apartment is spacious and very clean. Did not come with sports pass as advertised but I'm told it will in 2021. I would definitely stay again.

Thank you, Charles, for your review, and we are working on the Sports Cart for 2022.
The condo was recently updated and lovely. The beach was spectacular and pool very nice. Significant negative was the incredible amount of major construction going on in the building , neighboring buildings and unit next door new roofs, stucco, gutters, etc). The beep beep beep of equipment backing up and the clambering and clattering of saws and hammers against steel carried on from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm every weekday. The agency did refund us 20%, which I appreciated, but we would have not rented here if we had been made aware of the construction in the listing. This was obviously work that had been planned and was ongoing.

Great location, condo needs updating
We had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend with our family at Wild Dunes. The location of the property couldn’t have been better. The living and dining area suited our party of 8 perfectly.
The main concern of updating is actually a safety issue - the overhead lighting in the kitchen had a mind of its own, sometimes coming on partially, sometimes coming on not at all. Sometimes coming on fully then dimming to off by itself . The oven had a mind of its own too - one day cooking bacon to a perfect crisp, the next day not getting hot enough to make garlic bread. Not sure if the electrical units are strictly to this one unit or it’s an overall property issue.

Hi Heather,
We appreciate your feedback! We apologize for the electrical hiccups in the kitchen. We would have been more than happy to send our electrician out there. We hope to see you again soon on the Charleston Coast!
The condo Was nice and so spacious. The beds were comfy for us over 50 gals! Our only complaints were one of the guest bedrooms was always warm which made for poor sleep. Management Was great and very prompt with any issues throughout the entire rental
Process. Technician came out same
Day but whatever he did, didn’t change anything. Hopefully the owners will be informed as it needs to be addressed. The other negative was the ice machine had black slimy muck underneath it and we were too grossed out to use…big inconvenience. Again, a maintenance issue (which unfortunately happens from time to time) that the owners need to address. Everything else was great!
Hi Tom,
We appreciate your kind review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at "Shore to Please" and hope to see you again soon on the Charleston Coast!
Our daughter got married on the beach. This location was perfect. Seven of us stayed at the property and we had plenty of room. It was nice we all had bathrooms connected to our rooms.
The place was very comfortable.
It was strange one morning half of the condos electricity went out. So we checked the breaker box and it was all fine. Contacted the management and they checked into it right away. Turned out we lost power to the whole place, but turned out the whole building had lost power. But it was nice they kept communicating with us. I would definitely rent here again. It was also right on the beach. A very short walk to get to the sand. Since we rented for 4 days we were giving a beach gear credit. So we basically got 4 bikes free for the whole time. It was great.
My favorite time of the day was sunrise. Absolutely beautiful and so fun to find cool shells. It was a great wedding weekend.

It was great, however, I wanted to provide feedback.
Room with the bunkbeds: water stains in the ceiling. Slightly drooping.
-Nail screw in one of the beds
-Bathroom had hair from previous guest.
Main room: ceiling in the bathroom was peeling over the shower. Cleaning products left in the shower
Pillows: Some were stained
Kitchen: Hood range over the stove does not work nor the light.
Pantry door handles beside the Oven were loose.
Note: we replaced some lights bulbs as well.
All in all. I was a great experience and we look forward to coming again!

Hi Leonard,
Thank you for your feedback! We take our guests suggestions quite seriously, and I'm a bit shocked at your review; we inspect our properties before & after each guest. All light bulbs were working prior to your arrival but I know Jenny, one of our concierge's you worked with, flipped all of the lights on for your birthday surprise requests - maybe a few burned out during that time? Also, after further inspection we saw no signs of a leak or water marks on the ceilings - we will reach out to the HOA to look further into this. We also recently replaced all the pillows on the beds and take cleaning very seriously. We didn't notice any cleaning products or hair in the shower, but apologize if that was overlooked. We would have happily sent housekeeping back if you had reported this during your stay. Lastly, the stove vent does in fact work. It is a high-end KitchenAid vent that you pull out to activate the fan and lights. I apologize that it is a bit confusing to operate, and in the future, please notify the property manager of any needs so that we can rectify them for you and lend a helping hand. I do see that we reached out on Saturday, the 23rd, to check in on you with which you had no complains. Again, we thank you for the feed back and please give us a call to discuss any of this further.
All the best,
The Charleston Coast Vacation Team
