The private, wrap around balcony is over 700 sq ft. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen area, living room, and master bedroom! Wake up to the sunrise, play all day in the ocean, relax on the beach, hang out by the pool, and then enjoy the most amazing views of the moonlight reflecting in the ocean. You won't find a nicer, cleaner unit anywhere in Cocoa Beach! We are located 1100 ft. from Ron Jon's and 1 mile from the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! We have a heated pool, direct beach access, parking garage, elevator, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, TV's in all bedrooms, keyless entry, and outside rinse area. We also provide a cooler, 2 beach chairs, surfboard, and a volleyball for all our units. 5 minute walk to Ron Jon's and Cocoa Beach Surf Co.
