We have always deep cleaned and are currently cleaning in line with COVID 19 guidelines. Our housekeeping team do deep clean and sanitize before and after, all guests stays at Dream Maker.

We are currently developing this lovely villa. It has not been rented out previously to 2019, and as yet we do not have many reviews. Dream Maker will speak for itself when you arrive, situated in the most beautiful place in the Bahamas, Moriah Harbour Cay.

Come and stay in our beautiful villa with breathtaking views of Moriah Harbour Cay National Park. Wake up with the sound of the ocean lapping the shore with the breeze gently rustling the abundant palms. Watch the dolphins, turtles, stingrays sharks and fish swim by, from the upper or lower deck or down by the jetty.

Swim, snorkel and kayak, directly from the small private cove/beach, we have three, two single Pelican kayaks and one tandem, use them to explore the most beautiful area of Man o War Cay and Moriah Harbour Cay National Park.

Rent a boat and have the convenience of having it moored ‘right outside’ on your own private dock, ready to jump in and be away, exploring the glorious seas around Exuma.

Dream Maker is a large property surrounded by lush tropical gardens and palm trees, steps down to the private beach, boat dock and jetty.
Open the front door and you will be greeted by the spectacular view of the blue seas of Moriah Harbour Cay. Walk through the villa to the veranda deck and I guarantee you will be drawn immediately to venture outside, down to the private beach area, dock and jetty, towards the blue, blue sea.

There is a Bahamian feel to the cool spacious interior situated on the two floors of the property. To the west side of the ground floor, the master bedroom with French doors to the veranda has unforgettable views with en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom with queen sized bed also with en-suite bathroom is again located on the ground floor to the west side of the property.
Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with bar seating area for 3 people. There is a reading/quite area, dining table and chairs seating 6 people together with adjacent table seating a further 4. Comfortable sofa seating for 6 people is centred around the 65” smart TV. There is free wifi with a good signal as the mast is located in the Hartswell area.
All living, eating areas on the lower floor have spectacular views of Moriah Harbour Cay National Park. There are French doors from both the dining and living areas onto the spacious veranda. The veranda certainly has a tropical feel being surrounded with palms and wonderful flora and fauna of the Bahamas which attracts a multitude of birds including the mesmerising hummingbird.

The smart TV with very good sound enables you to play your favourite songs while lazing on the outside veranda deck area, watching the bone fishermen across on the flats, wave to boaters as they pass or simply chilling.

On the veranda we have hammocks, loungers and chairs, there are also floatation toys if you just want to float in the amazing water with your chilled drink.

A further half bathroom is located from the back inner hall.


The second floor of the property has a further 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other a family room has a queen size bed. together with a twin. There is plenty of closet space including draw units so luggage can be stored out of site. A further queen bed is located on the large landing with freestanding screen to give some privacy. The third bathroom is also located on the second floor.

There is plenty of storage for 11 people.

Dream Maker is located in Hartswell on a private road and has a long driveway, with plently of space to park your rental cars. Hartswell is approximately 10 minutes drive from George Town and 30 minutes from the airport.
We are very close to the stunning beaches of Forbes Hill and Tropic of Cancer, both only a few minutes drive away, on little Exuma.
The house is spacious, having plenty of room for up to eleven guests, with lots of outdoor space to enjoy.
The dock is on the deep water channel to enable you to easily manoeuvre your boat out and about and see the sights of Exuma by water.
