This unique A zone beach house is not your average rental. It is a stylish retreat designed by the owner who is a longtime NYC fashion photographer. It has a boutique feel about it , and is perfect for someone who is looking to enjoy a beach pad tastefully decorated with an island theme. The house is open and airy, and the grounds are spacious with a fenced in back yard. The master suite has its own entrance with 20 foot ceilings and a private bathroom and large flat screen TV. The house is just steps away from one of the finest beaches on the island. The street location is the most desirable that the island has to offer.. The Hotel bar with the the nightlife is just 3 blocks away as is the charming downtown area. The other 3 bedrooms of the home all have their own personality. There is a wonderful patio leading out to the spacious back yard.. Private off street parking is located just off the alley. ,Bikes are provided as well along with an outdoor Weber grill

Location, location, location! A very nice house just steps down the street from the beach. We enjoyed the easy access for time spent with walks by the ocean. A great spot. Recommended.

Perfect beach getaway house

The Brigantine house was great. Short walk to the beach. The house is very clean with all new appliances. There is everything you need at the house. 2 grills, bikes, beach chairs etc. John the owner is terrific and super responsive. Definitely would rent again!

Grooviest surf “shack” ever!

Don’t let my term “shack” dissuade you. We loved this house from the online photos and when we arrived it was exceeded our expectations! Its AMAZING. Super clean, well loved, well appointed, quiet street, close proximity to everything, comfortable… I could go on and on. Owner is so very kind, accommodating and accessible. Wish it was my house. Would definitely stay here again ❤️❤️❤️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brigantine for the 7th summer in a row! We rented this house last year and it needed a little TLC. John did not disappoint with the renovations he did over the winter! Excellent location and great accommodations! Planning on renting again!

Great location!

We had a wonderful week at John's beach house. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed the easy short walk to the beach. We took evening walks to get ice cream and watch the sunset. We were happy to have bikes to ride around the town, as well. There were a couple of things we found we needed, and John was quick to make sure it was taken care of. Thank you, John! Our family loved our stay!

Location! Charming home near beach

We had a great getaway in Brigantine. John was a great host. Great kitchen, AC, W/D, charcoal grill, TV, 4 bdrms. Comfortable for multi-generational family. Easy and quick walk to beach. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Look forward to returning.

Great location and great house!

We had a great time at the property (in spite of the weather!). The house is large, tasteful and clean, and it literally is 2 minutes from the beach and a short drive to Atlantic City if you feel the urge. Highly recommend the place!

Excellent location, house needs attention

The neighborhood is excellent, easy walk to the beach. Convenient to both shopping areas. The house has what you need but that's the limit. It's among the least updated homes on the block and really needs attention. For instance, the main dining area and screened porch area are unusable on hot sunny days because there is no hvac in those areas and they act like a green house. Communication with the owner/ manager was excellent.

I am so glad you enjoyed the location, the easy beach access and convenient walk to downtown! Covid 19 had delayed the Central Air installation in the patio until September. Hope to have you back again! Most of my renters seek out the home for its charm and character and love the fact that it has an open beach house feel versus a dark closed vibe present in many other available rentals on the island.

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was spacious and the master bedroom was awesome with high ceilings and a private bathroom . The decor of the home reminded us of our stay in Hawaii. We cant wait to come back again!

The place was nice and clean and spacious. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown and a quick walk to the beach. Weather was great. Decorations reminded us of our stay in Maui. We will definitely recommend this home to our friends and family.

the worst property I have ever stayed at. It was filthy ,had to clean toilets,showers,floors, dust.

Property was run down,looked nothing like the pictures online .Totally neglected food was still left in grill.My family and I had to clean for 4 hrs.I hope this never happens to another family on vacation!

Not True !!!! This family let themselves in the house early and sent my cleaners home. They then threatened me with a bad review if I did not pay them $500 I have a claim with VRBO. I can assure you the house is exactly how it appears in pictures , and the grill would have been cleaned if the cleaners were not sent home.

Great Place to Stay with Awesome Host

John was great! His communication throughout our entire stay was awesome. The house had all we needed. The backyard and sunroom were where we spent most of our time. The location of the house was also ideal; just a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this home and John for a vacAtion stay!

Everything the description lists and more!

Can’t say enough nice things about our stay! We were in Brigantine for the weekend to celebrate our niece’s wedding and arrived to the island a bit earlier then check in time in order to make it to the rehearsal dinner on Friday. John was kind enough to meet us an hour early to let us into the house. The house has a fun and unique surf bungalow vibe and is very cozy and spacious with the back suite and screened in sunroom. The beach is less than one block away and the beach tags which you need for the beach were included in the stay. We only spent a short amount of time in the house because of the wedding festivities but everything was very comfortable and John vas very accommodating. We hope to stay again in the future!

These days my son is involved with so many things in our home in Melbourne Beach Florida, that we don't really have the free time to enjoy the home like we once did.
