Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
As a reminder, check-out is by 10 a.m. on the day that your booking ends. Before you leave, we request that you: • Empty and take out all garbage & recycling to outside receptacles.
• Please leave all sheets on the unmade beds, but put all used towels in laundry baskets or in a pile on the floor. • Please wash any pots and pans and load & start the dishwasher normal wash cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No lobster cooking inside please. No bike storage inside.
A $50 per visit pet fee charged. Maximum 2 dogs. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and should not be left unattended at the house.
Tenant agrees to the terms in the attached Rental Agreement. The CC used to book should be same name as Tenant.

Incredibly clean and quiet dog friendly stay for Acadia NP. We had a wonderful stay and Eric is a great host. Secluded location but convenient to the park and not too far from Bar Harbor. This was our second stay and hope to come back.

Maine Get-Away!

We decided to head up to Acadia before the crowds. We loved this location of the VRBO. It was cozy and clean. Also, it was minutes away from Bar harbor and Acadia National Park. Communication with the owner was easy and always timely. I would definitely stay here again!
