The location of this cabin is fantastic for being close to many walkable amenities, yet offers privacy in a wooded setting. Vicki is a wonderful attentive host!
Awesome experience in a well-apportioned cabin. Loved the grill, laundry, and other “extras” that make a stay just a little homier. Conveniently located near the shops, stores, and restaurants of SW Harbor, as well as an ideal jumping off spot for Acadia NP adventures. What a find!
The three of us enjoyed cozy cottage in a quite easy to get around community. Our cottage was in walking distance of places to eat. We also loved Beal’s Pier for lobster. Acadiio National Park was great but had a little difficulty getting to Schoodic Pennisula which you don’t want to miss.We took a day trip to Roosevelts Cottage in Canada . We used our passports . Eleanor’s Tea was a highlight. I am glad we had the day trip to Canada. With some planning this can be a trip of a lifetime.
Nice and private, even with other cottages nearby. We loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the wildlife and walking to local restaurants. Vicki was a great host!
Great place to stay to avoid the crowds in Bar Harbor, yet close enough to great hiking and the outdoors. Within walking distance of some great restaurants and a very cute downtown.
Very clean and well equipped cottage. Idyllic location in nature yet close to everything. Friendly and helpful landlords. Great place to relax and enjoy Acadia!
The cottage is tucked away in the woods but a 3 minute walk to the Main Street. Location is perfect for visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Enjoyed our stay very much.
Great place to stay in Southwest Harbor and close to Acadia National Park. Wooded enough to be quiet and secluded enough from other cabins and to hear birds and see the occasional deer. I'd definitely stay there again; highly recommended.
The cottage was very cozy and well stocked. We enjoyed the two bedrooms with lots of closet and drawer space. We grilled one night and also enjoyed the firepit. The washer and dryer were also a plus. Thank you for and unforgettable Maine retirement vacation
The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and quite side of south harbor. Everything was clean and cabin was stocked well with essentials.
Location was perfect, it felt so private but was super close to downtown. Very cute cabin, with plenty of space. Access to Acadia was quick too, as well as to food and gas stations. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat!
