Enjoy this quaint and well furnished 1 bedroom plus 2 bunk bed condo on the beach. Located on Corpus Christi's North Beach with a great balcony view of the sand and water. Secured parking is near the unit.

Full size appliances, coffee maker, fully stocked utensils and kitchen ware. Couch, leather chair, dining table & flat screen TV. Outdoor BBQ stations with gazebos and sitting areas. Two swimming pools and kiddie pool. Internet wifi included.

Boardwalk along the beach to near by restaurants and many of the area's top attractions such as Texas State Aquarium & the USS Lexington Carrier. Also located near Hurricane Alley Waterpark, Downtown Corpus Christi, Whataburger Field, American Bank Convention Center, and SEA District.

Close to USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium, Pier 99 and Corpus Christi Bay. Easy access to bay. Pool on property is good for enjoying a relaxing swim. Good experience and cute condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location with a very good view. The Lexington and the Texas state Aquarium is very close. The beach is right at the end of the complex with private gate entrance. So nice. Our host was so helpful with giving us information from checking in to what items are in the condo. Great communication!

Traveled to the area for a 9U pony tournament and the property was just as advertised. Everything was great, host was even better. We were in good communication and he was very hospitable and considerate. We had Beryl affect us the week/days leading into our trip and our host was very accommodating. Highly recommend

Great spot in Corpus Cristi

The condo is Perfect for a weekend and walk down onto the beach. The Lexington and Aquarium are just down the road so lots to do on your weekend or just stay on the beach or lay by the pool. Property owner was great and nice amenities.

Wonderful Visit

We had such a wonderful experience—the pictures don’t do it justice. This condo is much more updated than the photos. It is right on the beach, and had an incredible view of the sunrise. The facility was a bit run down and dirty, but don’t let that stop you from booking the condo, because it was very nice. Close to everything we wanted to do.

Family Vacation

Stayed for two nights during the week. Complex was quiet and we had our pick of a spot on the beach, which is right outside the gate! Had no issues sleeping a family of 5 including 3 teenagers. Manuel thought the bunk beds might be small for teens, but it worked great for us! Manuel provided suggestions for local restaurants which were perfect and the kitchen was supplied well for cooking meals when dining in.

Home away from Home

The property owner Manuel went above and beyond making sure our stay at Just Beachy was exactly what we needed and had what we needed for our stay! Fantastic communication and quick to respond. Just Beachy was in a great location with awesome views of the beach from the balcony! We even got offered to stay several hours after check out! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Corpus.

Family Time

Property was as described. I rented the condo for an employee and they had a wonderful time. Manuel was very helpful, every time I had a question he responded very quickly. We will be renting from him again.
