FREE GOLF CART, 3BR 2BA, SLEEPS SIX, ACROSS FROM OUTDOOR POOLS, GREAT LOCATION

Looking for a great place at the beach. Check out our beautiful beach villa located directly across from the outdoor pools and Children's Splash Park and Sunbather's Dipping Pool located in beautiful Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach, South Carolina, a private gated community with 24 hour security. We have four beautiful fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, large softball field, volleyball court, bocce courts, horseshoes and lots of walking space. We have now added a PICKLE BALL COURT, SHUFFLE BOARD COURT AND A "DOG PARK" FOR YOUR BEST FRIEND !!!!!!!!

There is also a fitness center however, there is a charge per person per week, ($25.00).winter rentals it is $25.00 a month.

There is also a playground area for small children. The village is located on approximately 180 acres.

Our home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with tub/shower and one with shower. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed
and the third bedroom has a queen size bed.
We do furnish a FREE GOLF CART.
We have also added HIGH SPEED ROADRUNNER )(WIFI) internet service for your service. This is FREE.
Also our beach home offers a large kitchen with all new cabinets, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, new smooth top electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, regular-coffee maker, Keuring coffee maker, dinning room table for six and lots more. Also four color T.V.'s with cable, VCR and DVD player. Also AM/FM radio with cassette and full size washer and dryer. Our Den has a Leather Sofa and Leather Love Seat with two ottomans. We now have added (2) Lazy Boy Recliners !!!!!!!!!
. We have just added a BIG SCREEN T.V. to the den area. There are a total of four T.V's in the home. All the TV's are FLAT SCREEN.
We also have a nice deck on the front to watch the golf carts ride by under the giant oak tree located on our property. LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE OUTDOOR POOLS .GREAT LOCATION !!!

We ask that you provide your own paper products and garbage bags.
WE DO NOT FURNISH LINENS AND TOWELS ANYMORE.
WE DO FURNISH BLANKETS & PILLOWS !!!!!!!!
There is a Cleaning FEE OF $99.00. This way all you have to do on Saturday is pack and depart. Let someone else worry about the cleaning of the place.

We have three pools, two are outdoors and the other one is enclosed and heated. They both have kiddie pools.
NEW CHILDREN'S POOL AREA(SPLASH PARK) AND ALSO A WET POOL WITH DIPPING POOL FOR SUNBATHERS.
You are located directly across the street from the outdoor pools and approximately 2 to 3 minutes to the indoor pool. You are approximately 3 to 4 minutes to the beach by golf cart which we provide for you FREE !!!!!!

There is a barbecue Gas grill located under the carport. We DO NOT furnish beach chairs any longer.

A Golf Cart is provided (FREE) for easy access to the indoor pool and beach with private beach parking. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE and have a valid driver's license to operate the golf cart. Cart does not have a DMV sticker on it therefore cannot be driven outside the village. OSV does not allow any outside golf carts. Any questions call or text me at 843-450-0129.

We ask that you smoke on the deck out front or under the carport. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME!


We rent our home to families and we rent our home from Saturday to Saturday. We also rent from November to March 31
to couples by the month.

The home is located at 409 Fairoaks Dr. in Oceanside Village directly across from the outdoor pools.

Stan’s Beach House!

Enjoyed staying at Stan’s beach house...he was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The first part of week was very nice, but the last of week was raining...still enjoyed just being away for a while and relaxing...will plan to go again and stay. GO TIGERS!

OSV vacation

We had a great time catching up with family, two sons own in Surfside, the other rented a few homes down, not very often I can be in same area as my sons and grandchildren 😊. Great House close to everything in and out of OSV!!

Although the weather did not cooperate for the week we stayed, we were still able to get to the beach most days. We love staying in OSV, and thos house makes it very convenient. We love how close it is to the outdoor pool and hot tub. The golfcart makes the day trips to the beach a breeze. Comfortable home with plenty of space for everone, nice size stocked kitcken and nice size dining table. Plenty of closet space for those who have an extended stay and love that there is a washer and dryer. Nice front porch seating area, just wish it was covered, only because of the weather.... All in all a good place to stay.

OSV 2019

We came to OSV for the second time this past week and we are in love!!We cannot thank Stan and Gail enough for letting us stay at their lovely home. It is the perfect location right across from the pool and it was extremely clean. The house has all the amenities we needed, including a golf cart for the beach. Stan made sure everything was OK and came over to check in on us. We will definitely be returning next year.

Great Location!

This rental is at a great location with the pool and splash pad right across the street! The house is spacious and comes with everything you could need. The golf cart to take to the beach is a great addition, my son absolutely loved riding it everyday! Had a blast and can't wait to return!

Great beach place!

This property is a great place to stay...convenient to the outdoor pool and roomy....it’s location is also nice in that there is a grocery store is just 2-3minutes away and a convenient store across the street...there is a golf cart which is fun for just riding around and getting down to the beach...Stan was easily available when we had questions and made the check in / check out smooth...we are looking forward to going back very soon!

My wife and our two Grandchildren, just completed a week at Stan & Gail's beachhouse, rental #160228. It was our 2nd summer staying with them.These two are the most pleasant and Christian folks, that I have ever met. They will go out of there way to make sure your stay with them is most Enjoyable. Stan leaves his cell phone #, and if you need him for anything, he will always answer or call you right back.And the house is just like Home!! Everything you need is right there. Stan and Gail, Thank-you for sharing your beach house with my wife and myself ,our two grandchildren and my Mom. The house has everthing that you need while on vacation, it is Great. The Pool is wonderful also, the new kids water park( new for 2013 ), it was hard to get the kids out of it. OSV is great. We having been visiting the beach all of our lives but there is no place like OSV. It is really laid back. What makes this property unique

Walking across the road to the outdoor pools.
Watching the BIG SCREEN TV'S on rainy days or evenings. Sitting on the front deck watching the golf carts going by to the pools an the beach area. The large oak tree gives off a lot of shade on a hot summer day. Sitting on the front deck actually doing 'Just Nothing' !!!!!!!
