The space
Fully equipped kitchen with open living area. Sleep well with our comfortable linens and bathe with our plush towels. Comfort, relaxation, style, and convenience all in one location...right here at “Bobby Cocktails Surfside Pavillion”. We love them too, but no pets are permitted due to allergies.
Kitchen- fully stocked for all of your home cooking needs.
Living Room- has two couches, Roku TV, and pull-out sofa-bed.
Master Bedroom- Queen bed, Master Full bath, walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2- Queen bed, Twin over Queen Bunk bed, family games, Roku TV.
Bedroom 3- "She-Shed" - Queen bed. This room has both air conditioning and heat. This room is most loved! It is separate from the house, so people love their privacy!
Hall Bathroom- Full bath with bathtub, washer and dryer.
Guest access
Guests have full access to our entire home. Private beach access with parking, all amenities including 2 outdoor pools, Kids Splash Pad, Outdoor Hot Tub, Indoor Heated Pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Volleyball, Baseball Field, and Kids Playground. Don't forget your fishing poles as our lakes are catch-and-release with plenty of fish. The fitness gym is available for an additional fee paid at the Front Office.

Perfect for our family

Great place for a week of no stress. Everything you need has been thought of in this well maintained property. Quick golf cart ride to the beach, quiet setting at night. Halfway between Surfside and Garden City Piers the location is perfect.

Family Beach Trip

Property was as described. Very clean with nice decorations throughout. Linens provided which was a nice change from other properties I have rented in the past. We’ll stocked kitchen with everything needed for a stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We have used VRBO in lots of places and this one ranks way at the top. Everything you need is here, it is neat and clean, it is in a perfect and quiet family location and it right at the beach! We spent the weekend with our grandkids here and they loved the golf cart rides to the beach. It really is a very nice rental, and it is easy to maneuver through the process with the owners. They were so great. We hope you enjoy this retreat as much as we did!!

I have to say, I traveled weekly for business and pleasure the past two years and have stayed in many hotels, motels, resorts, B&B's, cottages, and condos. Never have I had the comforts of home as I did in Beach House. Every detail of the home reminded me of home from the lighthouse decorations (which is the theme of my kitchen) to the comfortable bedding and outdoor seating area. It is evident they have taken a lot of time to assure the guests are comfortable. And that we were! We will definately be booking again soon.

Great place!

This was the best beach trip location we have ever stayed. I loved the gated area so our teenagers could have a little freedom, but we knew where they were. Our daughter's family came too, so we had 3 little ones and there was plenty to do to keep all ages of everyone in the home occupied and happy. The use of the golf cart was so nice to be able to get around to the different areas and the beach. We decided once we got there that my husband and i would stay in the she-shed and give my daughter, her husband, and their baby the master bedroom. The she-shed has a window unit AC that kept the room cool and after sleeping on the soft bed, I am now ordering a matress topper for my own home

Great for families...

The house was wonderful. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really loved the limo golf cart - our family of 6 (4 adults and two children under 9) fit very well on it. Having an electronic lock was fantastic so I didn't have to worry about a key while going to the pool or out shopping. We took advantage of the grill too - it's very nice. There were plenty of towels and beach towels, which made it so much easier not to have to fly with beach towels. Sue was great to communicate with and made our stay fantastic, despite having flight delays down and canceled back home. The area was really nice with open space on both sides of the house. Having an indoor and several outdoor pool and activity options in the gated complex is so convenient. We all really enjoyed our stay!

This beach house is by far the cutest one in Oceanside Village. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend to others! Owners were easy to get in touch with and very accommodating!

Nice little get away

We hope you enjoy our home as much as our family does. We love coming to the beach, sitting outside in the morning, enjoying a cup of coffee before starting the day. The restaurants in the area are amazing and getting some ice cream at the end of the day is always a family favorite!
