WEEKI WACHEE VILLA HOME FROM HOME

Our property is on a corner plot in a quiet residential area. There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1. master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet, computer with WiFi connection and sliding doors onto pool deck. Bathroom has his, her sinks and a jacuzzi bath with overhead shower. Bedroom 2, queen bed, walk in closet and bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. Bedroom 3, twin beds, large wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer and everything you could need from pots, utensils to corkscrew. The washing machine and dryer are in the garage. The south facing screened pool has total privacy. It is a sports pool which is 3 feet at either end and deeper in the middle. There is a child safety barrier and plenty of pool toys. All towels, linen, beach towels, hair dryers are provided.
There is a nine hole golf course on site with many golf courses within 10-15 mins drive.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a very peaceful and relaxing time. The neighborhood was quiet but close to shopping and a great selection of places to eat. The house was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. Would be happy to visit again.

Wonderful place!

Absolute gem of a place. Roomy, well equipped and a awesome pool and lanai area. Nice quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to many attractions and shopping/dining places. The owners and housekeeper were very accommodating and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I'd give it a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely recommend it! Great value!

Lovely property in quiet area

The villa is a lovely property in a quiet area of Weeki Wachee and met the expectations presented in the listing. Closely located to local attractions and amenities so that only short drives are necessary, however tucked away nicely so that a quiet relaxing time can be enjoyed at the villa and outside in the pool. Local wildlife frequently wandering past the pool area provides much distraction for children. Would more than happily stay here again.

We used the place for sleeping but spent most of our time elsewhere, It was a comfortable place to stay. If we would have had more time it would have been great as the place was equipped well for cooking ...but we did not do any while there.

Vacation Part I

This was the perfect way to start our vacation. We loved your home! The house was very clean and had everything we needed and then some! We absolutely loved all the peacocks, and the 5 babies were so cute. We could sit out by the pool and watch them play out back. We had lots of fun in the pool and enjoyed playing with all the different pool toys that were available. Very nice and relaxing stay.

Beautiful well maintained property perfect for familes

When we first arrived everything was clean and fresh. The house had 3 bedrooms and a huge kitchen and living area that lead out onto the pool area. The pool was heated and ready for our 3 boys to jump right in. There were several small touches that the property manager did for us that made us feel so welcomed. (It may not seem like much but I asked about an apple corer before our visit and Georgan went out and got one for us for our stay) It's the little things like that, that make a huge difference. The house was close to so many attractions but also offered a nice place to just relax and spend the day as a family in the pool. We had such a great time there and will absolutely be back to stay! Truly a rare gem.

Post Pandemic Southern Getaway

From Start to finish the booking process was quick and efficient. The home was everything we expected and more. The Heated Pool was amazing and we were in it every day several times. The neighborhood was quiet and had plenty of wildlife (Gopher Tortoise, and Peacocks). Inside the house we found everything we happen to look for👍 The area is filled with wonderful local restaurants as well as the normal chain type restaurants. Georgian was excellent and checked in by text insuring we had everything we needed. Over all it was a fantastic Vacation.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Booking was easy and the house was exactly as advertised. We received a lovely introductory email from the owner outlining the check-in and what to do if we encountered any problems. (We had no problems). The house was clean and cozy. Perfect for our ladies trip. No complaints. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped. Area is great - we had a day at the beach, went to Homosassa Springs Park, went down to Tampa for a ball game. House is close to shopping and restaurants. Great vacation!

Bargain Rental

We had a really nice time here and the house had all of the essentials you'd need. The beds were comfortable, which after the last VRBO, I appreciated more than anything. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to make a meal. The pool is heated (though you can't control the temp, which was pretty irritating). But we were just 3 people staying there. Somethings that would have been nice to see was that we could control the temp on the thermostat, a sofa instead of 2 loveseats, control for pool temp and lastly, the deadbolt on the front door has to be locked with a key from inside as well as out, which is a fire hazard. I recommend that be fixed. You should never need a key to get out of the house in a hurry. We enjoyed the screened in pool quite a bit though and they had lounges, towels and floats which was great.
