The ground floor is composed of a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a very large living room of over 50m². Above the large living room is a mezzanine with a 1 double sofa bed 140x190cm.

The property consists of a courtyard and a large garden with two sheltered summer terraces and a 4x8m swimming pool with a beautiful terrace.
Conveniences: WIFI access, TV, HiFi system, washing machine, ... all the amenities of an inhabited house.

The property is ideally located at the foot of the Beaujolais region, 1/2 hour from Lyon and Mason and 5 minutes from Villefranche sur Saône.
