About this property
Highlands Happy Place
The Highlands Happy Place is situated in the Historic Whiteside Forrest neighborhood in Highlands, NC. The home has mountain views from almost every room in the home. The house has a large lower balcony with 4 lounge chairs, hot tub and grill. To the side of the large balcony is a fenced in yard area great for pets. The home has easy access to both Highlands, as well as Cashiers, North Carolina. There is so much to do, and were excited for guests to fall in love with the area, just as we have!

About the host
Your host
We fell in love with Highlands, NC, and less than a year from visiting, we decided to buy, as we knew it was a place we couldn't wait to return to. We fell in love with this 'little' house and the amazing views it has to offer, and it's closer proximity to some of our favorite shops, hikes, and restaurants. We can't wait to share this super special place with others :)
Why they chose this property
The location of this home is great. It is close to Cashiers, as well as downtown Highlands. It is walking distance to Sliding Rock, and has panoramic mountain views from almost every room in the home. It has two large balconies over looking the mountains, as well as a fenced in yard for dogs or kids to play.
What makes this property unique
The balcony space is great for gathering, playing games, enjoying the hot tub, and so much more.
