Hey Indy 500 Fans - 3 miles from track!!
My home is in a diverse neighborhood in an area known as the "International Marketplace" on the westside of Indianapolis. I am 20 min. from downtown and close to the airport and all of the interstates which can get you anywhere in the city in about 30 min. I am a bike ride from Eagle Creek Park, the largest park in Indianapolis which is a wooded area with a reservoir, beach, canoes, kayaks and hiking trails. I have a large back yard with full privacy fence, fire pit, patio table & charcoal grill! You are welcome to bring your dog(s) and I also sit dogs for $20/day. For those race fans, I am only 3 miles from the north gate to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as well as Lucas Oil Raceway Park in Clermont. I can provide transportation to the IMS over race weekend for a reasonable fee.

I raised my 2 children in this home and as they grew and started their own families i had a bad case of "empty nest syndrome".
